I keep these handy at home and in my purseThey hide dairy products in everything.I of course check lables, but sometimes eating out a lable isn't available. If I'm not sure I take 1 with my first bite.They work great and they work fast, but must be taken with the 1st bite or sip. Taking it after even 1 bite, they don't work.Ask me how I know

Ahhh! So great to be able to eat ice cream again!
When I discovered that I was lactose intolerant in my 30's I first thought I was getting strong stomach pains and thought I had some terrible malady. When I went to the doctor he said before he ran any tests that i should try using these anytime i had food with any lactose or milk product. What a relief when hat took care of the problem. Now you can buy lactase milk (Lactose-free) but in restaurants or prepared for foods you don't have that option. I carry several packages in my eallet at all times.

Crushed box.
Product was fine but shipping in an envelope wasn't good. My box was all crushed. Hoping none of the caplets are broken. Medicine should be shipped in a box.
