Great fit
I ordered this cap which was for my Toyota because I had a check engine light come on, and after replacing the cap the light no longer came on

Works Fine. Fits good
Good quality fuel cap. Fits my 2001 Lexus like the OEM. Tight seal, definitely no leaking fumes. However the bump / bulb at the end of the tether strap is just a little too small to fit tightly in the metal hole on the gas tank lid. It falls out. They need to make it a little bigger. I just re-used the old tether strap. Not the biggest problem. But I could not give a perfect rating due to this.

Works just like OEM fits and clicks perfect.My only gripe is that that cord is a little shorter than the original.

Right Size and it works
Since I have an older model vehicle things are wearing out a bit here and there. When I had to replace the gas cap, I found this one, and it does fit my vehicle as it said. Great fit, nothing leaks, etc. The only thing that would make this better is if you could actually attach it to the gas flap of the car. The way this one is made you can't really attach it anywhere so it's easy to loose if you don't pay attention while getting gas.

A reliable gas cap is all you need
Not sure if any of you have had the displeasure of seeing the check engine light pop up. Here is my story. I went to get a smog check and the test required me to replace the gas cap. Needless to say I bought on from the test site. A week later my check engine light came on. I used my pocket scanner. Code was for toyota P0440 emissions leak. I changed out my oxygen sensors, and my evap purge valve. Reset and cleared the code. A week later same story...check engine light. After reading up on possible issues. The main culprit a loose gas cap or a faulty gas cap. I bought this gas cap. it fit perfectly onto my 2003 toyota Matrix XR. No more check engine light and my gas mileage is back to 40 miles per gallon. Moral of the story. A 16.00 dollar investment could have saved me 300.00 bucks. Don't be cheap buy a gas cap that actually trap fuel vaporsand actually locks. Great product.
