I've only used a bottle so far but will purchase have again. Definitely helps to surpress appetite but you need a higher dosage which makes the small bottle not last long.

Great value and quality product. It does help. I drink 20oz of water after taking due to yellow taste nasty.

Used it for a month didn’t notice a difference at all. Just another supplement gimmick.

Don't like gave me a head ache noticed no change

There is a quote on the bottle "is an easy way to add a bright new bit of herbal heritage to your daily wellness routine." A bit vague but basically means it helps you stay regular. And it does. I only do one daily and that is fine for me. 2 as recommended may work better for some people. Took about a week of sorting out which I consider fast for an herbal remedy. Berberine has other health benefits, too, I understand.

I’ve used other berberine products but didn’t notice a difference in my blood sugar. My fbs ‘mysteriously dropped 20 points in the last few days that I’ve been taking this and even this morning after a single meal of higher carbs than my norm yesterday, it stayed 10 points lower than I’ve been having. I surmise it works, if you remember to take it 2 or 3 times a day. (The short half life of any berberine requires that the desired dosage be spread out over the day to be effective—I often forget a dose.)
