Well, for starters the packaging was good with bubble wrap and all. Secondly, I personally love caramel flavour so it might seem biased for a few people but country bean coffee is just write. It's got the perfect balance of flavours. You can taste coffee and caramel. It's amazing.Thirdly, delivery was in time, no leakages, package was sealed and looked good and sturdy.

Dear M/s Country Bean,I've recently been introduced to this coffee and it sure no doubt has amazing flavour and I loved it in an instant. I had purchased the glass jar before and as the coffee suited my taste I chose to buy larger version which was in a Pouch form.After receiving the two ordered Pouches I was literally shocked to see Silica Gel packet lying inside in contact with the coffee which for me was really a turn off!This should be clear to everyone that Silica Gel is a poisonous substance and the Manufacturer using this in order to retain moisture, etc of the coffee - are introducing the consumers to toxic elements.Manufacturer should've used natural elements such as Green tea sachets, etc. in order for the product to sustain longer.This is a serious concern for me as now I will be refraining from purchasing this product as it may impact my health as the Silicon Gel packets are in touch with the coffee for many months perhaps.Kindly take serious note of this and refrain from putting Silica Gel in the coffee(as its not just an ordinary plastic bottle or steel bottle that you are buying which you can generally wash before using - but in this case we are consuming the coffee directly) and replace with some natural elements.

Currently having this coffee, 3-4 cups a day.Grand taste.Tip: As always, close your eyes when sipping

This is smooth and flavouful, but requires a lot of it for one single cup, so pricewise a bit costly.

I have tried many brands.. this brand give a strong medicine flavour. Highly disappointed and it's an overrated product. I wonder how did this product reach to 4 stars. A pure market making promotion.
