Factor Bicycle Inner Tubes 16 x 1.75-2.125 with Schrader Car Valve (2 Pack) for Kids Bikes

One of the tubes got a hole after about two weeks so I took it out to repair and when I pumped it up (only a little) to find the hole the tire blew up along a seem. I could not find a way to obtain a replacement.
