Well packaged!
Arrived well packaged and intact! I was hesitant as a bulb i got from Amazon arrived squashed into packaging that was too small however this was packaged and posted outwith Amazon so it arrived perfectly fine. Works as expected my last one worked no problem so i'm hoping for the same from this. Only downside not related to this bulb is the clips from my t5 reflector broke removing the old bulb this is common due to the heat. The bulb is perfect though.

Come quick, very reliable light, lasted until your meant to replace and had no problems with it flickering or turning off like some lights

Not happy at all
The light arrived. I plugged it into the fixture and thought great. Then 11 days after I put it in suddenly stopped working. These are supposed to last 12 months not 12 days. May have been damaged in transport. But still now have to fork out another almost £30 for a new one as it no longer functions. Most disappointed

This was a like for like replacement. Did seem brighter when fitted, which was the point of replacing.Has worked ever since.
