Does a brilliant job and is a good price! As with everything new and worthwhile there is something to learn and for this its's the correct amount of tension. If you pull on the wire too hard it is difficult to remove from the coiling winder especially the smaller diameter ones. If there is not enough tension it rides over the previous coil. But it only takes a few practice runs to get this more or less right. Tip:- If you make your coils too long save all the off cuts in a bag, they make great spacers or multicoloured wraps for other pieces. As with all wire projects make sure the straight edge of your cutters is the bit facing the end that will sit on your jewellery. Tuck in all the ends so they don't catch or scratch.The larger size coiler is great for making jump rings too. I've had a lot of fun with this simple bit of kit and have lot's more projects in mind!

Handy little tool for making jump rings. I haven't made up any rings yet the Coiling Gizmo. I have clamped it to a table, which does leave a mark on the surface so I but an old cutting board on top of the table then clamp the Gismo to the cutting board and the table. It work well and keeps its grip.

I'd read about how nifty this tool was in order to make coils for jewellery pieces.As I regularly need to make my own jump rings (it's just cheaper than always buying them online), I thought, I'd give it a try. And I must admit, it does make coiling faster. Also, since the rods come in different sizes, the sizes of the coils (and therefore the jump rings) are more consistent.BUT! making sure the contraption doesn't damage the table it is screwed to, as well as the rod doesn't slip out the contraption a few times during coiling, especially when you reach a little bit of a length with that coil...It is not the easiest tool around and takes some practice. Still worth the money though

Great, Great. product ! I just love this Gizmo. I can not stop coiling. its a solid construction and easily attached to a table or bench. I was surprised how easy it was to use, not hard work at all. I like the fact there a number of different sizes of coiling tools. It is endless on what you can achieve with this tool I am using it for jewellery making but I can see the potential uses for crafts of all mediums making designs for cards or clay. I think you would only be restricted just by your imagination on what you can use this gizmo for. Just fabulous I recommend this product and many thanks to the seller.

Quite easy to use once you get the hang of it. Makes amazing coils for wire wrapped jewellery. Much easier and faster than doing it by hand.

I've bought this to make coils for my rebuildable atomizers and it does its job very good.The only downside is that the crank rods those that come with it either too small or too big for a micro coil, which requires a crank rod with 2.0 or 2.3 mm width. I've made myself a 2.3 mm crank rod using a metal coat hanger and it's all good now. It's ultimately a better tool than those coil masters.

Excellent gadget. Makes perfect jump rings and is very good value for money. Had planned to purchase a much more expensive jump ring maker, but no need. It's a great alternative.

I had one before but it some how got lost in the shuffle of my last move... I found this one and it is heavier and with more sizes than the one I had before at a better price.. so glad i found it... working with it is a pleasure I use it in a lot of my designs
