This recorder has a premium feel about it and with its metal casing it is very robust.This company offers very good customer service.I had an issue with mine and they got back to me in just a few hours and resolved things for me.I would now like to include the checklist that they suggested - the main part is how to fully reset the device which is described in points 2, 3 & 4 (listed below)A full reset like this will solve most problems.So, if the recorder either...doesn't work at all or,...does not appear to charge (no light),...or it isn't "seen" when connected to the computer,...Here is the solution...CONNECT TO CHARGER FOR 2 HOURS1. First, make sure that the device is fully charged (turn off the recorder before charging), andunplug the recorder after charging for 2 hours.MOST IMPORTANTLY PERFORM A FULL RESET2. Using the remote control accessory in the package (please check the picture), insert theremote control into the recorder3. Turn on the power 【ON】4. Press and hold the [Volume ""+""] symbol on the remote control switch with your hand, andpress and hold for more than 15 seconds.CHECK IF THE FULL RESET HAS WORKED5. Check whether the indicator light of the recorder responds. If the indicator light is on, unplugthe recorder from the remote control and record again to see if there is any response.If you still can't solve the problem after trying the above methods, please email us and let ushandle it for you!

Me and my associates use this gadget to record our meetings for our other associate who’s abroad and it’s great. It’s nice and small so I can carry it in my pocket for safe keeping. It picks up sound really well as we sit round a very large table and audio comes out clearly nice and clear. Really simple to use as well as you just need to switch the button on and after just plug it into a pc.

All I hear is hissing sound

The media could not be loaded. Setting up can be confusing according to the paper instructions. The seller can send you a large PDF document with seeting up instructions where you can actually see the screenshot of setting up on PC.Sound quality is not as good as my phone recorder. Too much surrounding noise. I wonder is it possible to set it better through the txt document? - please instruct!The type c cable is not working - I have tried on two MacBooks and on my Android phone. See the video for the quality of the cable. I have already contacted the seller to see what can they do. Will update!

We tested it with the device inside a jacket pocket and it’s still recorded clearly very impressed

Difficult to download on laptop as codec format not recognised by Windows media player, still trying to download files.

Très contente de mon achat. Utilisé pour enregistrer des cours de chant. La notice est bien expliquée en français, j'ai personnalisé les réglages pour qu'il enregistre en fonction de l'intensité du son et cela fonctionne parfaitement! La qualité du son reproduit est bonne et les fichiers audios s'ouvrent parfaitement sur mon ordinateur. Je recommande !

Nachdem ich 2 ähnliche Diktiergeräte zurückgegeben habe, bin ich mit diesem Produkt und Händler sehr zufrieden. Da Gerät hat ein wertiges Metallgehäuse und vefügt über einen sehr großen Speicher. Der integrierte Karabiner ist ebenfalls nützlich. Die Handhabung ist simpel, einschalten und los geht es! Es können auch die Einstellung wie Qualität und anderes angepasst werden. Eine absolute Empfehlung für das Produkt und den Verkäufer! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
