This is a great chin strap. While sleeping I am a nose breather and I sleep with a CPAP machine. Lately, I've noticed that my mouth comes open while I'm sleeping and I am waking up to my mouth and throat being bone dry. This chin strap has worked great keeping my mouth closed. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with a bone-dry mouth. It is very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. I am so glad I bought it. If you're a nose breather while sleeping or a person who snores, and you're having issues with waking up with a dry mouth and throat due to your mouth coming open, I highly recommend this chin strap.

These chin straps to use with a cpap machine to help keep mouth closed for mouth breathers was a dissapointment.They kept sliding off of my head. Not quality product.

Straps worked as advertised.. Only problem is strap getting loose..

Only so-so. I got it to help with leaks wearing a cpap mask. Good - it is small and cool. Bad - slips around and refuses to stay in place on its own. I put a piece of velcro around my head first, then this, then the mask. Once it is all in place fine, but without the initial velcro around my head this won't stay in place. Also, it has exposed velcro when I pull it enough to be tight so had to cut the end off. And that brings me to ... not very strong elastic. Summary - if you only need a little help with keeping the mouth shut at night this might work, but it didn't for me. I bought the two pack so I could modify one and leave the other alone. As is, I am on the hunt for a different one.

I have tried other variations of straps to keep my jaw closed. (I sleep on my back due to back problems. It’s also my preference.) The single strap design is the only one that works. For me, anyways. This one works. It’s simple. The only other one that works, that I have tried, bleeds all over my pillow, leaving me with a blue pillow, that does, in all fairness, does wash out. I have had no problems with this strap. It has lasted me for over a year so far. I bought another one to put in my “man cave” so I can take naps in there. Btw, I use a mouthguatd as I grind my teeth in my sleep, apparently, Enjoy!

I am a woman with a not small head for a lady, but not abnormally large. This did not fit around my head, velcro doesn't meet.

Keeps mouth shut

Biggest joke ever. Looks like a thong. It's so small ir m8ght work on a toddlers chin. Zero strength to it. Complete waste of my energy my time and not to mention my money.

Junk product. I agree with another reviewer, it might fit a toddler but it won't fit an adult, and it does look like a thong. A joke of a product, complete rubbish. Do not buy. Then they try and block return, and don't give a full refund,. Yet another of those rubbish buys that wastes time. Where do they get the hundreds of positive reviews?

This is a great chin strap. I cannot tolerate the neoprene straps nor the thick straps...they make me hot and itchy. This is lightweight but sturdy. The Velcro is strong and doesn't let go when repositioning the strap once on. I only wish the shorter end was a bit longer (maybe an other inch or two). I put my hand through the slit on the top to grab the shorter end to pull up and it barely comes to the slit. (minor complaint) All in all it works well, is comfortable and feel it will last longer than the previous brand I purchased.

Works great to keep my mouth closed when sleeping while wearing my cpap that just covers my nose. Easy to adjust.
