I have tried so many pillows. $150 pillows. Cervical pillows. Pillows with space for your arms (stomach sleepers) and none fit well. I was looking at another pillow when I stumbled on a review that led me to this pillow. I’m so glad! It’s almost perfect. The ability to personalize this without a billion tiny pieces of foam, down, or cotton removal is amazing. It’s a little bit poofy for stomach sleepers if you don’t like the pillow going up on the face a tiny bit but I do rotate to my back too and it’s incredible for supporting my neck and head. It’s the best all around pillow for several positions. The poofiness could be removed completely if I removed one more layer inside the pillow- but I like the extra layer when on my back so I can honestly say it’s comfortable all around. If you are 100% stomach sleeping you’ll likely want to take out 2 of the inserts. I have 2 in mine and it’s very nice. I’m sure that over time they’ll flatten more to a perfect fit. Highly recommend these pillows!

My neck is very sensitive to pillows. Slightly too high or too low will cause major neck cramps in the morning. An adjustable pillow is something I've never seen before, what a great idea. My best pillow ever was the Arenpris from Ikea. Unfortunately they stopped selling them many years ago. I've been on the hunt for something similar for a long time. Never happy with anything else, I tried this adjustable pillow. Very happy with it so far. The medium insert was exactly like the Ikea pillow. However, after about a week, it flattened too much. I've since changed to the large insert and after a few days it settled to the perfect height. As for the softness, its very soft yet supportive.

You can mix and match until you get a pillow the way you want it. I ended up with 4 skinny pillows the way I like them and they are really soft.

I have been looking for a pillow like this FOREVER! You can adjust the thickness just like it says and it’s cool feeling and so, so comfortable all thru the night! Made of very soft fabric. So very glad I scrolled on thru till I found it. Excellent!!!!

I never write reviews, but have to say that an adjustable pillow is a fantastic idea. We purchased the queen pillows, & I’m sleeping so much better now. Less tossing, & punching to get the pillow just right. I’m a side sleeper, & I’m using the L/S configuration. My husband is using the L/M configuration. I have taken every pillow I’ve owned in the past 10 years, & removed stuffing/fluff/foam, to make them flatter for myself. This is perfect. I wish I’d known about them before. Will be buying 2 more for my guests.
