Sturdy little pillow
I got this to put behind my back during pregnancy to stop me rolling over. The memory foam expanded fully to a very sturdy pillow. Harder than other memory foam items I’ve had but was perfect for this purpose and stopped me rolling onto my back during sleep. It is quite small so check the dimensions.

My clients love this bolster
I use this as an under-knee support for clients when performing Reiki treatments with the client laying flat on their back. My clients love it, it supports their lower back, enables them to relax more and it’s been a big hit so far.

Does the job
These foam cushions do the job. I put mine under my knees at night replacing a pillow. It does the job.
