Crud Racepac Crudcatcher and Raceguard (Slimline Rear)

Got a mountain bike? Need to keep dry / clean?These are the Crud Men's Mgc70 Bike Parts, Standard, Set of 1 UK 104g, Universal Fitting.Mudguards are a pretty essential bit of kit on any bike, this brand are my go to on guards, as they are easy to fit, universal fitting and very robust. The amount of times I have banged my bike and expect them to be snapped, but nope they are still there! I think the materials are second to none and the metal fixers are such an ease. They are also light as feather, as every gram counts in speed.Overall I'd recommend these, they are light and simply world class mudguards.

Got these after spending too much time washing me and my bike after off road rides. They are well made and fit fairly easily - although they are easier to leave on once fitted than remove depending on the weather. The front one is quite fiddly with little rubber bands around the frame. The rear one fits to your seat post. It can be easily removed, but leaves the fitting behind. Also - if like me you attach a rear light to the seat post, it will obscure it. Arrived reasonably quickly. A recommended buy.

easy to fit, look good and fairly functional too. Front pair had to be fitted with cable ties due to the thickness of the bottom bar being too wide for the rubber bands supplied but this is not a big issue.

I attached these on my bike for about a month now I really like them.The front one is easy to attach, you just put the cord through the first hole, then again through the other and connect it underneath, simple :)The back one is really awesome as it clips in sideways then you turn it and it locks into position, it caneasily be tilted up or down, and tightened/loosened with an allean key...these are great for the money And I would buy more in future!

The quality of the product is good but I still have not managed to fit them to my bike! The front mudguard looks like it will fit to a smaller framed bike but as mine is quite large, I am going to have to wait until I can get someone to help me! I don't have a huge amount of space under my saddle as I already have a light attached, so the back mudguard requires more work too. I may have to take the bike back to the shop and ask them to fit them for me, definitely not easy!

Very good product, would recommend to my friends, easy to asseble only hard part was to put the rubber bands around the frame but once on after much grunting fits perfectly and very secure, ideal for the UK were all you get is rain.

After trying for an hour, it didn't fit in any way shape or form to my fairly normal adult mountain bike. Charge of £4 for return makes it not worth the money to send back. Hence, completely wasted my money. Very disappointing. I'm not sure how you could possibly check if it fits before buying and unfortunately charging 4£ to return it for all the pain it involves leaves me stuck with these useless mud-guards..

This is the second set of mr crud guards I have purchased now, and would highly recommend them. They are fast and easy to attach, durable, stylish, and easily adjustable. The only problem i had with the first set i purchased was the rear guard did unclip on a rough trail once (not break) but this was most likely my fault as i almost sit on the back wheel when on steep mountain bike trails. A great product overall
