Yes, get it!!
My 18 month old loves this toy and played with it as soon as he saw it. It is good for helping kiddo learn to use his hands and push, rotate, slide and flip knobs and switches. The toy came with a cute little hammer to bop the animal eggs back into the shells and the toy makes silly sound effects too. I give 5/5 stars, Highly recommend!

Spectacular toy but for 1-2 times
This toy is perfect as a birthday present for 1.5-2 year olds. It is bright, musical and clearly attracts the attention of children. But for my almost 3-year-old daughter, it turned out to be a bit boring. Yes, she played it with interest for about two days, but as soon as she understood the principle of its work, she lost interest in it. For me, the toy is not multifunctional. Animals are not the most popular. The sounds they make do not reflect reality.

GREAT EASTER GIFT, LIGHTS AND SOUNDS KEEP TODDLERS ATTENTION, EDUCATIONAL
The media could not be loaded. I got this toy for my son for his first birthday. I didn't realize at first that it even had any light or sound features. Before I discovered these features it was hard to keep my 1 year olds attention when trying to show him how to work it. Once I figured out that you could put batteries in it and turn on 2 different modes of sounds and lights, it definitely kept his attention. He absolutely loves it. I think if it didn't come with the lights and sounds he would probably never play with it. This toy is a new and improved version of a similar classic toy I had when I was young. I love the multiple educational aspects to this toy. I can use this fun toy to teach him numbers, colors, counting, and fine motor skills. I would start out on the 2nd setting for lights and sounds, because it is a constant playing of sounds which will draw your child in. Then once they get the hang of it, I would move to the 1st sound setting. The 1st setting is more of a reward sound for each egg your child can pop up. They know they won't get to hear the cool sounds until they figure out how to pop each egg up. So it's learning by reward. It definitely helps young children learn and develop there fine motor skills. I think it's a good thing that the colors of the numbers on the eggs do not match with the color of that eggs button. I think it helps clear up any confusion when you say "press the blue button" the child could have a hard time figuring out if they should press the blue 4 on the egg or the blue button. If there just starting out learning there numbers, colors, and what certain things are called. I feel each number on an egg and it's button being the same color could be confusing. It also has a handle so it can easily be carried (or dragged) around by your child. I think this is an awesome toy and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and educational toy for there young child that's in the beginning of learning the basics. Definitely would make an excellent Easter gift, because of the egg theme.

Versatile learning toy!
This is a very cute, colorful and versatile toy! It requires three AA batteries but can be used without them. The batteries are for the lights and sounds that are entertaining but not necessary for the toy to operate. There are five "eggs" that, when closed, appear to be broken. Each egg has a colorful number on the top. In the front of each egg is some type of "knob" (also colorful) that a child can push, turn or slide at which point the broken egg pops open and a cute little animal is hiding in there. There is also a plastic hammer that a child can use to close the egg; they could also use their hand to close them. My only negative observation is that the colored knobs do not correspond to the colored animals/egg tops. (i.e. number 1 is a purple hippo with a purple number on the egg top but their knob is red even though there's a purple knob on the toy. This pattern continues through number 5) This does not take away from the fun the toy will provide but, in my opinion, it would be easier for a child learn colors if they were all corresponding.
