Breast Enhancement Cream

Weight Loss: 4 years ago I weighed 215 lbs. Now, at age 20, I weigh a mere 125. At my height of 5'8, this is the ideal weight I set for myself and I am ecstatic to have achieved it!!! That weight loss, while definitely worth it, produced a few... unfortunate side effects. Stretch marks are manageable and go away well with time. Cellulite is more noticeable after you've lost weight but again, is easy to help diminish with the aid of creams, diet and exercise. So with these relatively easy to manage side effects, there is one that has proved to be incredibly elusive to alleviate. Background: (***This may be a bit TMI****) At my heaviest, my bra size was a 38DDD/E. There was a lot of tissue there to get rid of, which unfortunately lead to a lot of skin sagging. As a result, my 20 year old body was left with breasts that hung to my waist, soft nipples incapable of becoming erect that faced the floor, and were the thickness of a pancake. The tissue gave way easily and pressing a finger in gently would bring a distinct feeling of my ribs. My bra, which was a 34D, was unfilled with anything but skin. When you lose tissue in the upper part of your breasts, you become unable to have 'cleavage'. Instead, even push up bras just give your chest the appearance of what I can only describe as someone's buttcrack when they are sitting. So my wardrobe was reduced to necklines that did not go any lower than my collar bone. I had to be careful of bras because even at the proper size (which was determined by a professional), my breasts could potentially spill out the sides enough for it to be visible under shirts. I started only wearing full coverage bras to help this, and it's hard to fill sexy with those on. As a young woman, my self confidence was severely damaged. I could not look at my chest. My bra only came off if I was taking a shower, and was the first article of clothing I put on afterward. I was more depressed about the state of my breasts than I ever remembered feeling about my weight when I was so heavy. Doctor's told me that the only way to fix them was surgery, but I'm so young I don't want to make a decision now that could impact my ability to start a family (ie: breastfeeding) later on. I felt stuck. My Regiment: I bought Nature's Way Breast Enhancement Cream and Nature's Herbs Maca Root 500mg to help fill my breasts and alleviate some of the mental weight I gained over the course of losing the physical weight. I take the Maca Root twice daily; once in the morning and once at night, and apply the cream twice daily; after I shower and before I go to bed. I also use the Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch (which gives the highest dosage of estrogen in any birth control and I have been using it for several years now), take omega 3 fish oil twice a day, take a multivitamin that has a high amount of collagen, take an additional biotin supplement, eliminated caffeine from my diet, increased my dietary intake of Vitamin E and C, and stopped taking antihistamines unless absolutely needed. I also do 5 minutes of chest exercises (wall pushups, 'penguin' lifts) several times during the course of the day, as well as exercise my chest and upper back at the gym 3 times a week. Also, WATER WATER WATER. I have a 24 ounce water bottle that I make sure is emptied 4 times a day. The results: (3 Days into the regimen): My breasts have a bit of 'squish' to them again!!! Before I was able to feel nothing but hard, oat-like lumps of tissue under the skin, but now there is definitely a little bit of squish there!!! (5 Days): My breasts have continue to increase is terms of 'squishiness'. There is a VERY noticeable change in their appearance!!! Their shape now has a little bit of roundness; something that had been lost a very long time ago (they were literally completely flat). The change is very concentrated to the lower half of my breasts; akin to what happens when you fill a balloon with water (how it pools in the bottom first). I will focus on applying more cream to the upper part of my chests in the area under the collar bone from now on to direct more growth to the upper part. (6 Days): My nipples!!! They had been incapable of becoming erect for so long and were reduced to flat portions of skin that were only physically different from the rest of my skin because of their color, which was a greyish purple (in contrast to my very pale, ivory skin) I also could not feel them, at all. Today I noticed they were sticking out just slightly!!! Not enough to be pinched, but there is certainly some outward, hard tissue there now!!! They seem to have also gained a small amount of sensation. (10 Days): They are continuing to fill up and shape. They are still hanging badly, but are filling my bra cups out nicer for sure. Focusing more cream on the upper section of my breasts seems to be helping the balloon effect. They are definitely firmer and rounder!!! (Will update every few days or whenever I notice a new change)

I ordered this product in May of 2011. I waited until I used the whole jar before writing the review. I purchased this product because I lost about 40lbs and my skin lost some of its firmness and I lost about a half cup size (C to B) . I wanted a cream to increase my bust to its pre weight-loss cup size. I was encouraged by the comments of others and the ingredient list included wild yam, and black cohosh--things that increase estrogen production, which in theory should increase breast size. The positives include it is a fair sized jar. The cream is pleasant and feels nice on the skin. It moisturizes. However, the simple fact is it did not do what it advertises. I used it as directed and I saw no visible improvement in size or firmness. I was not looking for a miracle. I wasn't trying to achieve a DD, just half a cup size. I would not use this product again or recommend it to any friends.

Ladies & Gentlemen, I'm 47 yrs old, female, 5'5" and 150lbs. I admit this openly in hopes that it will help other viewers, especially those of us over the age of 30, get a more unbiased idea of how this product works, has worked for me, so that you can draw your own conclusions to how this product may or may not work for you . Most reviewers do not include their age, much less any other information except their bra size - which, in my opinion, a bra/cup size is not a determination of your bust size or growth. So a novice, like myself, really has nothing to go by other than the reviewers progress in relation to their beginning/ending bra size. I've been on Natureday liquid, cream and soap as well as another retailers pills (because they were cheaper) for approximately 2 months - I started the breast enlargement plan on Sept 10, 2011. When I started, I measured 33 under the breast, 34.5 across the mid-chest which roughly translates to a very small A cup but bigger than an AA cup. By Victoria's Secret standards I should have been a 34B but for comfort, I don't like my bras tight, I wore a 36A. After 2 months I am STILL in my 36A bra (current measurements are 34 under bust and 36 across the mid-chest) BUT my breasts ARE filling out. Not so much protruding in the front, which is what I'm patiently waiting for, but my breasts are spreading out more on the sides and getting somewhat rounder. They look like the sliced off top of a large muffin/frosted cupcake if you can imagine that. Sorry for the visual...lol... They are still at that squishy stage but I can feel them getting firmer closer to the chest wall. In the mornings, when I get out of bed, they don't seem to be quite as full but as the day progresses they fill out & spread to the sides again. The nipples/areola area are getting bigger as well. I have not experienced any extra sensitivity in the nipple area nor have I experienced any of the growing pains or tingles others have reported feeling in their breasts. I do have bloating/weight gain, as others have mentioned, although I can't attribute it to just one product - it may be the liquid, cream, soap, other retailers pills or a combination of all the above. I hope it will go away once I've reached my goal of a 36C and I'm no longer taking/applying the products in such mass quantities. I do experience acne but it's always around the time of my period so I can't truly attribute it to the other retailer breast enlargement pills or Natureday liquid, cream or soap. I've always been highly charged sexually but the Natureday cream/liquid/soap do at times seem to accentuate the immediate need and desire for fullfillment, no pun intended...lol... Now for my daily routine: I start my mornings with a protein shake with either 3 droppers full of the Natureday liquid or 3 of the other retailers pills. When I use the pills, since I'm unable to swallow any type of pills, I open them up and pour the herbal powder directly into my protein drink. Then sometime throughout the day I'll mix another pills (1) contents with a 16 oz bottled water mixed with Crystal Light drink mix to cut the taste of the pill. Then in the evening, usually just before I go to bed, depending on what I've taken in the morning, I'll either mix the contents of 3 pills with 6oz juice or 3 droppers of Natureday liquid with 6oz of juice. Basically from what I take in the morning I do the opposite in the evening. If I take the Natureday Liquid in the morning then I'll take the pills in the evening and vice versa. In the morning I use the Natureday soap - moisten, lather, massage in, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse. Then I use the Natureday Breast Enlargement cream once in the morning after bath and at night just before bed, making sure to rub it in thoroughly. I avoid caffiene as much as possible - no sodas, chocolate - which is EXTREMELY difficult, coffee or tea. I take 2 Vitafusion multi-vitamins & 2 vitamin C in the mornings as well. I mix 1 teaspoon flax seed oil in my protein shake and a half teaspoon in my bottled water. I'm not saying this will work for you but it's what I do. I've read many, many reviews from both women and men who've embarked on the breast enlargement journey and it seems that no matter what breast enlargement product you choose for your voyage the key is sticking with it. It seems the most accomplished growth is gained over a 2 to 3 yr period for those of us in the A cup category so prepare yourself for the long haul. Those with the initial B cup seem to round out and gain definition faster. I apologize for my lengthy review but if I can help one person to better understand and help them make an informative decision then I've accomplished what I set out to do. Best of luck to one and all! UPDATE: 11/10/11 - My measurements today are 34 under breasts & 36.25 across mid-chest. After 2 months of use I am truly pleased with the results I have received so far. I am still in my 36A bra and the growth isn't rapid but it's a step (albeit baby-steps) in the right direction. I know on the website they mention applying the Natureday liquid directly to the breasts/nipples and rubbing it in in order to speed up growth. I tried that for a while but I felt like I was wasting more of the liquid than I was using because it would end up dripping down my stomach or going places other than where it was intended so to remedy that I now add 2 full droppers of the Natureday liquid to a full jar of Natureday cream to get more of a concentration of the herbs. Does it work? I don't know. But I do know I feel better not having to chase the trail of liquid as it spirals out of control down my front...lol... Now on a more serious note...Many people have written me asking how much I use & spend on average for the Natureday Breast Enlargement system. Well I'll tell you, A jar of the Natureday cream lasts me approx 1-1/2 months applying it twice a day. The Naturday soap usually lasts me 1 month with 1 time daily use. The Natureday liquid not nearly as long - I go through a bottle every 10 days - taking 3 full droppers daily. The Bust Boom pills, 60 ct bottle - 3 pills a day - usually lasts me 20 days. On the average I spend $140/mo with liquid & pills and another $50 if I have to purchase the soap & cream. Not an inexpensive endeavor by any means but definitely worth it to feel better about myself and work towards having the breasts I always wanted to be sportin'. Best of luck to you all! Update: 12/10/11 - This is my 3 month measurement - Under breast is 34.5", mid breast 37.25". Not bad considering where I started 3 months ago. I am still wearing my 36A bra but can tell it's filling in nicely. So, I guess I just went through my first growth spurt while being on the breast enlargement journey...two weeks ago, I was about 2-1/2 months on the program by then, I FINALLY experienced the growth pains others have talked about. I know it's been a while since I was a young girl but I don't remember my breasts being so tender and the pain being so severe when I was going through puberty, Ouch! I'm glad that parts over with for the time being. I continue to use the Natureday cream & soap once daily. I'm still taking 3 full droppers of the Natureday liquid & 3 Bust Boom pills a day as well. I've been using Natureday cream for one week now. I have seen results! First few days my breasts were very sore, tender to touch. However, my breasts are fuller and more firm. I haven't gone up cup sizes yet, but definitely feel a difference. I am pleased so far, which is why I rate this product a 4, so far. I will keep everyone updated. I plan to use the cream until the first jar is finished, I do hear that products such as these take a couple months at least to get into the system and really do the job. Hopefully that will be the case, and I'll continue seeing results! (I massage for 2-3 mins per breast while rubbing cream in) Also, I haven't told my boyfriend that I was using this product, but he also said my breasts felt fuller! yay :) ________________________ CHECKING IN! July 03, 2013 So, I've increased a cup size since I began using this product about two and a half months ago. I've always been a 32B, but have recently been wearing 32C. I still fit into my B" bras but not all of them fit the way they used to. I notice that around my period my breast feel extra voluptuous and then afterwards seem to feel less. However, I have noticed that my overall cup size has increased since I began using this product. Only during the week after my period am I feeling uneasy about using this product. I plan to continue using this product for a few more months to see if I experience any high increase in cup size. Also, my boyfriend still isn't aware that I'm using this product but he has noticed my breasts enlargement as well. I'm using this product after taking a shower, before bed, or sometimes in the middle of the day. I try to apply this product at least twice a day, but I've gone a couple days only doing once. I'm massaging the lotion in for 2 minutes and allowing to dry without clothes on. Hope this review is helpful! ______________________ CHECKING IN! December 07, 2013 FINAL REVIEW I've been using this product for several months now. There was a month (August) that I did not purchase a jar, and went without using any type of breast enhancements; the results I had seen from this product were no longer there after a full week without the product. Still, with wishful thoughts, I decided to try again in September, to see if I got the same results I did during my first jar (review above). Since, I've changed my review stars from a "4" to a "3". This product does work, but not in the way most are hoping. It makes my breast tissue feel fuller and more voluptuous for most of the month, as long as I use product daily, with the exception of the week following my period. I noticed that using right after a shower provides the best results. I also bed tan, and noticed quick results when I rub the product on my breasts and tan while lotion soaks in. I recommend using this product at least twice a day for quicker, more noticeable results. However, I want to be sure that most understand that results you do have will change/go away if you stop using the product. Hormones from menstruating also affects the way your body works with this product. Before my period, my breasts have always enlarged (the product increases my cup size in addition to my hormonal changes), but the week after my period the results created by the product (and my hormones) completely change, and I typically go back to my regular bra size of 32B. Now using this product has put me on a weird schedule; two weeks out of the month I'm only using my 32B bras, and the other two my breasts are tender, enlarged, and I'm wearing my 32C bras. After using this product for so long, I'd say this is more useful for women who have saggy breasts or tissue loss due to breast feeding... but this isn't the miracle cream I was so excited about at first. It definitely creates a noticeable difference in the breast tissue, mostly notable by the person using the cream. Your breasts will feel fuller, to a degree, but I did notice after my body adjusting to the cream and ingredients, I personally felt it is only good for slight tissue growth, and does not create "larger" breasts. I would like to be clear that everyone's body is different. I will not say this product does not work, because there are subtle changes that I noticed while using this cream, however most will probably not experience the breast development they are hoping for. I rate this product "3" out of "5".

So this does work pretty well. I have tried others w/pill & Cream- gained a ton of weight w/those. I am only using the cream. I will say that i feel it DOES mess w/your mammogram if you get one! I emailed the company- they said:- If you use for a long time the herbs take on a hormone substance (not for all people- but just be aware)- i quit taking when my mammogram came back needing further views.....my hormones were ALL over the place. i felt like i was pms-ing!? There is NO phone # for the company if you have any questions....you have to email them yet they emailed me by the next day. i will hopefully use again.

All of our bodies are different and react to various stimuli differently. I figured I'd share my whole story, just in case someone can relate and make a better judgement as to whether this product is for them or not... Plastic surgery isn't an option for me, due to cost and the fact that I would really rather not go through it. I have to be careful to avoid most anything that adds estrogen to the body (like birth control pills, and thus many pills designed to increase the bust or clear up skin). Through past experience of various factors, I have learned that my breasts grow easily and "deflate" slowly if much at all. I used to have a 32B as a teenager, went up to a 36C with a massive medicine related weight gain (I'm 5'7" and went from 124 to 176lbs. I dropped to 140lbs and retained the cup size), also went up to a 34D with birth control (which was stopped and I mostly retained the cup size), pregnancy brought me to a 38DD (another lovely weight gain), breastfeeding to a 38DDD then I dropped back to a 38DD after ending breastfeeding. On top of that I lost a lot of weight (am 145lbs with a good deal of muscle, thank you roller derby) and am a 34DD. All of this, left my breasts deflated in appearance, and highlighted the stretchmarks I got during my massive weight gain as a teenager. After researching a lot of options out there I settled on trying just the cream from Natureday. I figured the price was more than tolerable and bought just a single container, knowing that a lot of the reviews stated they felt a difference in about a month, and very noticeable results after 3+. I only wanted to fill out my current cup size and feel more confident in a bikini top, so it felt like a decent gamble. I felt soreness after the first application. Within a week my breasts started looking fuller. It has now been a month, and my bras fit better, I fill out tops better, and tight shirts and sports bras don't flatten me out anymore. There has been no general weight gain, the only changes are in the breasts. I would like to try to finish filling out to be a nice full DD. I originally came here to order more (and possibly try the liquid and see if it gets me to where I want to be faster), then decided I was too happy with the results to not share my two cents as well. I hope this helps someone with their decision, whichever way they choose to go. :)

Has a nice smell but other than that, sorry ladies, no breast improvement. If someone finds something that really works, let me know, but I'm just going to try and gain weight (I'm super thin) and hope some of the fat goes to "the girls".

I wasn't going to leave a review, but I felt that people who are interested in buying this product should know about how useless this product is. In biological perspective (I studied human biology), a woman's breasts cease growing at age of 18; sure, some women's breasts might still grow till their early 20s (these are the exception to the rules), but if you are older than 25 and want to enlarge your breasts naturally without implants, there is nothing you can do (expect if you are pregnant or in some cases, consume a lot of fatty food, but fat will not only goes to your breasts, it will go to everywhere else of your body, too). I purchased this product with wishful thinking based on so many positive reviews, though I had my doubts from what I have learned in school, but I figured I had to give it a try. What a waste of money!! Here is my observation: Initially, I felt my breasts got firmer a little bit after few days of use, but that was a week before my menstrual cycle (women's breasts become firmer/larger prior the days of menstrual cycle), I convinced myself that maybe the product WAS working like other people said in their reviews. So I continued to use the cream and the liquid for the next month, and in the meantime, paid attention to any changes of my breasts. Sadly, the size of my breasts went back to their original size and shape after my period was gone and they never changed in any way throughout my use of this cream. For those positive reviews, I suspect that they are written by people who are trying to sell this product, but I could be wrong. To conclude, do not waste your money on this product, but to accept what were given to us by our genetic makeup.
