I'm a newvie to laserolog. LOL. Howecer, even a noob can tell quality. The shipping details were amazing. It was packed so that nothing shifted during transit. The foam packing was cut so close to specs that nothing inside was damaged. All items promised were included.Set up was easy with their detailed insteuctions. The air assist, honeycomb, camera, just everything was quality built. I had no difficulty setting up within 45 minues (I'm slow and 75 years old). I had a few newby questions. I scheduld Roly's free 30 minute zoom meeting with a tech who had me up and running shortly. It's been an easy ride to make a few initial project and test out the machine. The Louisiana Hobby Guy and several other online reviews give high praise to this laser. I am so thankful to have found this laser. Thanks for reading my review. Hope it's reassuring to other people that they are buying an excellent laser.

This laser is very accurate and tasks are repeatable on this laser. The camera allows me to use the most of the materials reducing waste by allowing me to see the cut area before pushing start. The rotary is awetbut you need to get the enclosure kit and then the laser is complete. Amazing laser, love it

This laser is, hands down, the best you can find on the market. I run a laser engraving shop and have been trying to get my hands on this laser for over a year. It sells out very quickly, not just because of the quality, but due to the awesome customer support. I received an email from the owner of the company on the day of purchase welcoming me. The media could not be loaded.  Wow… love this laser! I just got into the whole cnc router/laser world and I am having a blast. I’ve been researching lasers for months now, but was so hesitant on picking one because there are just many out there. Some offer nicer quality while others offer more accessories, really hard to choose. Then I found this bad boy, which seemed to have it all but seemedto good to be true for the price. But damn am I glad I bought this one! The quality in the build insane, this thing is durable. Love that it come with rotary and air assist, it’s seriously a steal. I wish I would of gotten the enclosure, but I will definitely be picking it up when they start selling it separately! The fact that this laser has my name on it makes it feel like a match made in heaven. Huge fan of the company!
