Awesome
I’m very pleased with these ceiling tiles. They’re exactly what I had hoped for in my home gym. The install was seamless, and fast. Being that we used these in our basement we had limited options. Using a drop ceiling would have been one option, but we preferred to keep the higher ceiling if possible. These worked out perfectly for that & look fantastic as a bonus. They are very thin as some reviews will mention, but honestly helpful for the application. They cut easy & don’t weigh down the grid system. Highly recommend them!

Not worth it
They are so thin and flimsy. When someone walks upstairs you and see the movement and the tiles move around. I think they look good but are not functional at all. I ended up going to Lowes to get different titles.

Looks great but very thin though flexible
These tiles look fabulous and were what i was expecting. they are thin plastic, very flexible making it easy to bend to get inside the 2x2 square grid. they won't hold anything (not light fixture can be mounted) and likely won't stop any noise but they do exactly what they are inteded to do. my basement ceiling looks finished, looks updated and manly and not so old school like the acoustical tile. i bought 1 box to test (packed well with sturdy protective corners-1st box all damage free) and just recieved the other 20 boxes which i expect to install during this month. If I can figure out how to update the review after the install of the rest i will do that.

Mostly good
Really changed the look of the room. Not packed the best so the corners may come a little deformed/bent....but wasnt noticeable. I bought 5 or 6 cases and a few were like that.

Best ceiling upgrade
Once you have down the old acoustic tiles, the job goes unbelievably quick three of us took down and put up 120 tiles in under two hours. The new tiles are plastic and they can be bent some so you can actually slide them in the frame. Was there a few that weren’t changed that’s because I’m having a light changed the electrician’s gonna do it all at once. Easy to cut. Winner

Poor quality
Super flimsy and were slightly sagging when I put the first one in. Decided to return immediately since I was going to have to cut some and realized since they are recessed they wouldn’t sit flush in the grid and there would be a gap. If you want a nice ceiling spend money for good ones.

Great looking, and even greater customer service!
We were looking for a solution for an outdoor patio ceiling and came across the Art3d tiles. There were a few styles to choose from, and they look much better than the plain flat tiles we thought we'd have to settle for. They were very easy to work with. Each block in the ceiling track was a little different, so each had to be trimmed slightly. Super easy to trim with heavy scissors. They are sort of a plastic material, so the weather is not a problem. As a side note, we ordered them in the late fall trying to get a jump on planning our spring renovations. Unfortunately we had an issue with one box of tiles when we opened them, and we knew our Amazon return window had closed. I took a chance and wrote to Art3d to explain, and sent a few pictures of the problem. They got back to us the very next day and offered to replace the tiles. Our project is finally finished and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Definitely worth every penny!
