Delicious fruit gums, reasonably priced

£1.25 ×6 = £7.50 and like a mug I paid £11 odd. Hoping that the ones shown on the advert (old recipe ) were what I was going to get. So was happy to pay a bit more ...But no the new crap vegan ones .

I don't know who made these but they were NOT the original Rowntrees recipe. They were hard and chewy, these are soft and spongy. Not what I wanted.

At £1.25 per 120g bag in shops I think this is a bit excessive

Ridiculously good. These things are hard to come by in the US and so I ordered a bunch around Christmas. Sadly it took a little longer to ship from Ireland than I'd hoped, so they didn't quite arrive by Christmas, but shortly thereafter. Bonus? Not having to fight any relatives for them! The candy itself was in good condition, fresh, and chewy (for fruit gums, anyways) and well, if you know what fruit gums taste like, tasted amazing.

I love these things. I never knew about them until bi had spotted them in the "World Market" section of the Cub Foods in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Being a candy connoisseur, I had to try them. They were freaking delicious, I would buy the store out multiple times before they remodeled and ended up not carrying the Rowntree's after the remodel, so I have been ordering them on Amazon for about 3 years now, and this is one of the better suppliers on here, the last time I ordered back in October 2019 they somehow showed up at my house after 2 days, which was quite odd and much faster than normal, but I wasn't mad!

We order these because my husband had them in England as a child. They are one of his and now miy favorite sweets! Very flavorful and a great treat.

These are so amazing, and because my local grocery store stopped caring them, I have to buy them on Amazon. I would buy them more in bulk but I wish there was a discount. :)

Great product! My family loves these candies and they're incredibly difficult to find in the US. Amazon has different options available, which I've ordered the various types (the rolls, the boxes, etc.) and these bagged versions are probably the best value/price. The ones that I purchased had a long ship time (I believe it was originally scheduled for one month) but arrived in about two weeks. I figured that they were being sent from out of the country and I worried that they might be expired or perhaps already stale, however, we opened a bag and found that they were fresh and just as good as the ones we purchase while in the UK. I would definitely recommend purchasing these as the price is a pretty good value.
