Kebab seasoning
This seasoning is quite nice and has a nice lemon and black pepper lemon flavour to it. Tried it with thinly sliced chicken in the air fryer and served it in a tortilla with a bit of mint and cucumber sauce. Quite tasty but I did need to add salt.It goes well with minced lamb for kofta kebabs add a little water and salt when mixing.

Great taste
The best Chinese salt and pepper rub ever - sprinkle.it on the chopped onions and peppers too for an authentic Chinese dish. You don't need a lot to get the taste

Good but spicy
A little too spicy for my taste and I like it hot. Doesn't taste like the spices used on my katsu boxes I buy from the takeaway.
