Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece, Comfortable Anti-Snoring Devices for Man Better Sleep

After following the instructions, it melted in an unrecognizable mess. But I’ll follow up on that, since I think it *might* still work for the reason I bought it.Two years ago, I got full dentures. I also have a CPAP machine. The problem is, I clench my teeth in my sleep and that kept my mouth closed. Without my teeth, my mouth closes at an acute angle that is very painful; I was hoping to find a non-prescription device to help them open during the night so I don’t completely dehydrate my mouth by being forced to mouth-breathe. I’ll still try it tonight, but if it doesn’t work, I won’t make this review more negative, as I realize I’m not using it for its intended purpose. Nonetheless, for those of you who might be looking for something similar, I don’t think this will work

Wouldn’t expect perfection for the price. It was easy to mold to my mouth. It reduces snoring, but does not eliminate it. It is comfortable enough.Cons…it gets suctioned to the top teeth and feels very weird to unsuction. Once it comes unsuctioned the fit is less perfect and the anti-snore function doesn’t work as well. As in, it sits more loosely in mouth. Also, taking it off in the morning, the sleep saliva situation is messy. Gotta remove it over the sink or get saliva all over. Maybe that’s normal.

The problem with this mouth guard is it isn't strong enough to keep your bottom jaw from slipping out after a few uses. I tried removing it with fixed the problem for 1 hour.Worked great at first.

Other reviews said this device was hard to do. Wrong. Read directions. Gather Your cup of boiling water and cold water before starting. If you have a slight over bite that is causing your snoring, (ask to be video taped. My lower jaw was falling back) correct that when you bite down on the initial mold. Do not be afraid the mold will be too hot after holding it in boiling water.. It will not be hot, only warm. I use nose strips with my guard to help my breathing. Super Easy to make.

It u comfortable and can hurt your teeth causing head aches in the morning. It also falls out too so it ay not always be the best thing to use.

This mouth guard works!! My wife bought thus for me because I hate using my cpap machine. She said she sleeps great when I use this mouth guard. If your snoring keeps your significant other awake at night you HAVE to try this.

Product was bulkier than expected, so it took a few nights to get comfortable.It holds my jaw forward enough to minimize snoring, but it is also bulky enough that I can't breathe at all through my mouth. (If you are not use to breathing through your nose, I would recommend a humidifier. I woke up with my nose & throat as dry as chalk for the first week.)

This thing works well. Now, i jst need to talk my husband into using one and we will both sleep better!
