Making A Habit Atomic
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear is an exceptional book that offers a practical and actionable framework for building good habits and breaking bad ones. Clear's writing style is engaging and easy to follow, making it accessible to a wide range of readers. The author provides an excellent overview of the science of habit formation and offers a comprehensive approach for developing lasting habits. The book's focus on the power of small changes is refreshing, and Clear's use of real-world examples and stories makes the concepts feel relatable and achievable. What I appreciated most about this book is the way Clear breaks down the habit-forming process into specific steps, providing a roadmap for success that readers can apply to their own lives. The author emphasizes the importance of tracking progress and celebrating small wins, which is a refreshing departure from the usual all-or-nothing approach that many self-help books promote.Overall, I highly recommend "Atomic Habits" to anyone looking to improve their daily routines and achieve their goals. Whether you're trying to establish a new exercise routine, break a bad habit, or simply build better habits, this book provides a wealth of valuable insights and strategies that can help you achieve lasting success.

Defining habits that you follow religiously creates a better you.
Review:This guide on building good habits and breaking bad habits is clear, easy to follow, and makes you want to answer the questions asked of the reader. It involves you from the beginning by asking you to participate. The original book is what this guide is based on and if you read them together you will get a lot out of both. The Four Laws of Behavior Change including the inversion of the stated rule, which creates the subject of this book, creating good habits and breaking bad habits, helps even the worst follower of rules become more productive in their life. One thing that you may not like is that you will have to actually take the time out to do the exercises but on the plus side since you bought the book, one assumes you intend to do just that.I highly recommend this read as a great way to induce people to build good habits and break bad habits.

Hard to use as a workbook
I really want to like this book. While the information is good, there is insufficient space to write responses to the action checklists. This should be corrected in a second edition.

A Workbook That Was Not What I Expected.
Workbook: Atomic Habits: A guide to James Clear's Book: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by Robin Reads is a workbook that I did not expect at all. At first, I thought that the workbook had something to with sciences such chemistry and physics because of the word "atomic" was being used in the title. This workbook just happens to be about ways to break bad habits and developing good ones. There are four-step model of habits and the four laws of behavior are just happen to be part of the two main pillars of habit formation. I wouldhigh recommend for mental health care professionals want tips to give their clients who are trying to break bad habits such as addiction and other bad habits.
