Big cooking surface, but tedious to clean
I like the big size. I like how it cooks. But it's a pain to clean unless you have a dish washer.

NO stick
had purchased a 10" fry pan and just loved it. So I bought this grill pan and it works well for steaks , chops & burgers

Don’t waste your money
Everything sticks to this, even with olive oil in the pan.I followed all directions for priming.This pan is not like the copper chef pans.I was very disappointed.

After a few months of use, coating has started coming off. All dishes have been hand washed.
