Product installed with no connection issues. Basically, a Plug and Play. After initial setup and password through the wizard, all cameras connected and displayed on the main monitor without issue. Creating an iPhone connection using the Guard Viewer app to view cameras was also painless. PC connection with the Guard Sation software is a little funky but works fine overall. Images during the day and night are terrific. After several days, one of the cameras failed and started to flicker at night when the room was dark. The image also was not bright. During the day it operated fine and the image was bright. Contacted H.View support through Amazon and they quickly determined it was a hardware issue and not the settings. They sent a new replacement camera within a couple of days. Support was exceptional. Very pleased with the product.

I have several H.VIEW cameras and also now a NVR system for my surveillance setup both inside and outside.Setting up the camera, as well as all the alert zones etc is a breeze but I'm always amazed at the value for money I get with these.All these cameras are pretty much plugged in play. I have both wireless as well as the wired ones. If you are going with the POE version then it's sometimes helps to use external power, especially when the Ethernet cable is attached to a mesh router point.Will highly recommend h.view cams and nvr and I'm so glad I found these! 🙏

I’ve been using H.VIEW cameras for a long time as an alternative to LTS/HIKVISION cameras with very good (5MP cameras with sound) result; this time I decided to test the complete package – NVR with mix 8MP/5MP cameras.H.VIEW created very good step-by-step manual. You just follow the instructions; once cameras plugged-in, NVR immediately recognize them and put images to the monitor. Following instructions, you can easily organize cameras’ order on the screen.One of the best feature of this kit – application “Guard Viewer” (I downloaded it from Apple store to my mobile); It is SUPER easy to setup with P2P implementation; you just scan QR-code from the monitor screen, than put UN and PW to login to NVR and everything ready to go! I was a bit surprised to see how fast 8MP cameras appear on my phone – almost instant.Yes, this kit passed my professional test; I can honestly recommend this system to anyone who needs a high quality surveillance system

I am in the process of replacing all of my cameras and NVR system. I had a typical coax and power cable setup and am moving to POE. For all of my legacy locations, I purchased baluns to convert the coax to POE. So far, works great with this unit as do the new locations where I ran new CAT6.For what feels like a fairly budget item, this is a full featured NVR. I particularly like how well it works with an app, which was my beef with my previous NVR. The cameras in the kit are very sharp. Excellent quality video. The NVR also works well with other brand POE cameras. My system currently uses 3 brands of cameras and all works great.Lastly, the detection features work. This was another problem with my last system. The detection, even on high sensitivity, was very sporadic. So far, I’m not having the same issues with this unit. Seems like a very good value for a well functioning NVR and camera set.

Excellent security surveillance camera system. The build quality is impressive, and the video quality is fantastic. Both the night vision and motion detector works great. To record, you need to install your hard drive. The installation was quick and easy since my husband had installed these systems before, but anyone can do it. The ethernet cable provides video, audio, and power, making it easy to install. You can add up to eight cameras to this system.

It’s a great system has very good daytime resolution and the night view from these cameras is very good. It’s definitely worth the cost and I do recommend this system.
