I have to say really pleased with this.I had so many good comments about it.I thought for the price you can’t go wrong I will get one wear out of it.Material is thin but didn’t rip and god did I strut some moves it in.I’m a size 14 ordered large incase smaller and fitted brilliant with room to spare.I went with trainers and with my banana clip I felt 20 again xHave washed it and it washed a treat easily get another wear out of it for another 80s party.Wore a thin pink T-shirt underneath incase I got hot.Defo recommend x

I was a bit wary of buying this because most of the reviews were bad but I thought it was fantastic. I thought the quality was fine and even though the material was quite thin I didn't have any problems with the suit tearing. I'm a size 8 and ordered size 8-10 and it was comfortable and quite a loose baggy fit but not so large that the trousers fell down. You could see through it quite easily however so I'd suggest wearing something underneath it.

I've given this only 3 stars as the quality of the material is quite poor, (you could get a real shell suit for the same price, if you can find one) it looks good on but sadly the trousers split down the inside leg seam after just once use, I'm hoping I can repair it as I was planning on wearing again for another night out. I wasn't expecting it be great quality as it was only £20 ish but my husband bought a outfit for a few pounds cheaper (MJ Thriller) and the quality is very good, so good we've even put it through the washing machine and it still looks great.

Ordered the pink shell suit. Based on the reviews I had read, it’s pretty much as I expected. It’s 100% polyester so you’re not going to win any fashion awards but it’s perfect for its intended purpose as a fancy dress costume. I went as a 1980’s Work Out Barbie (in heels, as Barbie would!). I’m a size 14 and ordered the 12-14 and had plenty of room in it.Tip 1. I’m short and the legs are a little long but they’re cuffed at the bottom so I just stepped each foot into a hair bobbin and tucked the cuffs up underneath and into each bobbin, which was neat and kept the legs in position.Tip 2. It was extremely wrinkly out of the packet and, being polyester and essentially plastic, can’t be ironed. I borrowed a steamer from my sister and used it to take out the wrinkles. I was pressed for time so didn’t do a thorough job but, where I did, it made a huge difference.Tip 3 wear a pair of leggings, just in case. The material is thin with little give and you could possibly pop a seem if doing lots of dancing etc. other reviews mentioned this so leggings are sensible.Comfortable costume for the night.

Daughter bought this along with a bum bag and sweatband set for for an 80s themed weekend she was attending. It's value for money, decent quality, very comfy, true to size and good material. She really looked the part. Material as expected as it's a shell suit after all. Fun little outfit, perfect for the event

Being old enough to have had an Actual shell suit in the 80s this is great fun. Brings back memories. Fit is fine as there is no stretch. I’m a 10/12 on bottom and M fitted fine.

Looked great but quality was very poor! Although very slack fit you can’t bend or sit in them without the seams coming away! I had to have the legs stitched before I even went out! Aaaand was cheaper at my local fancy dress shop!

Bought this for a 80’s party, I wanted to be comfortable as I don’t do ‘dressy’ the jacket fitted well but the trousers were so tight! I bought the next size up too so it would be roomy! The material has NO give at all and is very thin!Wore the jacket and a pair of jeans in the endCame home and chucked it in the bin!
