Very Nice Pitcher and Great Customer Service
This pitcher is perfect for my needs. I was looking for a pitcher large enough to hold my daily intake of water. While the item description indicates a 60-ounce capacity, it actually holds 64 ounces filled right up to the bottom of the lid, and the lid is a really great fit. This is a big improvement over my previous carafe that held less water and the lid of which wasn't a tight fit and needed to be removed when pouring. I can keep the lid on with this pitcher, and while instructions indicate not to rotate (in big scary all caps!), I inquired about this and was told it's okay to rotate it but that it could affect the tightness of the silicone seal over time, which really isn't an issue for me. I gently and very easily rotate it just a smidge to the open position, which is much easier than lifting off the ultra-tight seal and repositioning to the open position when I want to pour a drink.I don't expect to be heating anything in this pitcher, brewing tea in it, etc., but it's nice to know that I can if I'd ever like to. It was very easy to wash before first use and is dishwasher safe as long as it's positioned so that nothing will bang against it, but the sponge brush provided was a nice addition to the purchase and I'm sure that with just water in it, I won't be putting it in the dishwasher at all or needing to wash it very often.Last but not least, even if I didn't like the pitcher, I'd leave a review for the customer service alone. It has been top notch. Lily has reached out through all phases of ordering and shipping, including helpful information about the pitcher and how to use it (also how not to use it!). I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend both this pitcher and the company itself for an excellent product and superb customer service. Looking forward to many years of use with my new pitcher.

Dangerous Product
This is a beautiful, but dangerous, glass pitcher. It arrived packaged well, but only after one use, the handle broke off in my hand while the pitcher was EMPTY while I was lifting it out of the sink after hand washing it. If the handle had broken off while the pitcher was full it would've resulted in a horrible mess and shards of glass flying everywhere (imagine someone barefoot in the kitchen).Whoever is making this product is not securely attaching the handle to the pitcher and thus, this product is dangerous. I cannot recommend it to anyone.**Edited March 6, 2019.**I spoke to the seller, who promptly responded to my inquiry and issued a refund for the broken pitcher. The seller believes that the handle was damaged during shipping. That may very well be the case, I just don't know and am unwilling to take the risk the handle will break again. I've decided against re-ordering this product but do recommend the seller, who is responsive and takes appropriate action promptly.

Going for cutest kitchen additions? GET THIS!
I bought this because I saw a similar one on YouTube. It comes in high quality packaging, and exactly what I wanted. You can cook it on the stove, how cool is that? My only complaint is that the instructions on how to open it are inside of the pitcher...not helpful! WHEN YOU ORDER, make sure you claw it open! That’s how they suggest and works way better. It’s literally so cute and comes with a little scrubby... ah! Totally suggest it.

Sturdy glass, not too heavy
This is the pitcher I’ve been searching for! Glass, tight lid, nice handle, useful size for a small household. It’s ideal for iced tea, which I make right in the pitcher. To be safe, if it’s come from the fridge, I warm it with up a little to water before making tea in it. Some reviewers had problems with the lid, but to me it seem just right: tight enough not to fall out when pouring, but not so hard to remove. I find that the metal part rotates without removing it, so I can pour and seal again by rotating the opening to the side.

So far I love the glass picture
So far I love the glass picture. Although I wanted the larger size I decide to keep this one to test it out. It holds aprox 1 liter+. I especially liked that it has a type of filter so that if I make a lemon ginger drink and leave the ginger whole I won't have to worry about it falling into the glass when I pour. I believe this pitcher can also withstand heat and is very elegant. It is very light weight and there are no plastic parts only a seal to ensure freshness and make it spill proof. The price is also very reasonable so I must say this is an absolute win in my book. However, I have only used it today so I hope to do an update in the future to see how it holds up :)

Not cut out for tea
I drink a lot of loose leaf tea so I thought this would be great for large batches of iced tea. The leaves block the holes pretty quickly and it takes a while to pour. I now use it for flavored water and the large fruit chunks are not a problem when straining.

Looks good. tight lid. Thin Glass
I purchased this several months ago. I didn't end up having holiday parties so didn't really get to pull it up until the weather got hotter. Because it is the perfect size for me and the lid is tight and doesn't stick, I was really excited to have it as my summer pitcher.Made my first batch of drinks. All was fine, added ingredients, stirred, put in fridge.Loved it. Mainly because sometimes the sugars will get in the lid and it wont turn. I know there were sugars from the berries and other fruits in the juice. But sticking was not an issue. I really like the fit of the lid and the pour of the container.Second batch - simple (ish) lemonade, a couple stirs the glass breaks. A complete mess in the kitchen (which I'm still annoyed about) and a waste of all the ingredients. It was a weird break, not shatters (which from a shards of glass perspective I'm happy about), it was a clean break of one piece.I suspected it might happen, because it seemed so thin, which is why I've always treated the container like a faberge egg. Still...And to be honest, a pitcher I have to treat like a fragile item is not very functioning. And when it proves itself to be as fragile as I suspected, well..Not satisfied with the product.
