Easy to wear size, Long battery life
This unit has the ability to log to a companion App like many others. The battery life is a plus on this model, a had to ditch another brand monitor due to the fact it ran down in 2 days, no worries with this one it easily goes a full week. One item that I don't like however is the O2 sensor complaining quite often about movement and staying still. This has never been a issue with other O2 sensors. But it does not ever complain when measuring blood pressure or heart rate. I find that quite odd? Other than that it seems to work, the lift to activate display option is not as sensitive as others so it may require a tap to view.

pros & cons
App: paper instructions with the device have the name of an google fit app that won't connect, they also provide a "qr code" to the app that doesn't connect. By reading Amazon review I saw it used"H Band" app from Google Play Store, and it does connect & work. Oddly the "MoreProp" app also does not connect or work, only the "H Band" app does.Accuracy: its pretty close on bp (after set personal bp setting) & pretty close on blood oxygen sp02 (says 99 while two finger ones say 96) SLEEP is odd=it got the REM time & deepl/ight sleep time about right. but only says I slept 2 hours and didn't count awake times I visited the plumbing department, my fitbit is a bit more accurate on awake times but this one has more detail heart rate variability and oxygen and blood pressure while sleeping, so i think this may be better than my fitbit since it measures more things while asleep.font is too tiny small hard to read, several watch faces but all are tiny font, none that have time+date+sp02+steps+pulse combination. I guess i'll keep it, but next time will buy one easier to read with bigger font . more info& less "decoration + pretty designs on the face"

Only stays charged for two or three days.
The time this watch stays charged is highly overestimated. It has to be based on everything being on its lowest settings. Otherwise it works well and performs all basic functions as stated.

Mostly works well but . . .
I wanted something a little more interactive than a blood pressure monitor at home or the gym. This is close to both of those machines except the diastolic is a little high. The manual is fairly bad and setup is equally bad. When creating a log on and password for the app, scroll down as there are checks for something and privacy that both need to be accepted before you can create an ID. Also, use the app to hook Bluetooth to the watch, not the Bluetooth searching for the watch. That is not spelled out anywhere. Don't try and find this watch on the Morepro web site as they say this model does not exist. Once set up, it seems to work fairly well except for the diastolic reading as I mentioned.

Unique in it's capability to record HRV during sleep.... my 3rd MorePro purchase in 3 years
This is my 3rd MoroPro product that I have purchased at full price over the past 3 years. What is unique about MoroPro trackers is their support to measure and record HRV. This is not just heart rate it is Heart Rate Variability which is a great indicator of both physical and mental health. The only other devices that I have found are $400+ Garmin and Polar sports watches. I tried the fitbit inspire 3 and was disappointed that it only displays a single HRV value with no timeline or history. This is also a $10/monthly charge from fitbit.I initially had bluetooth connection problems with the HM18 that are being caused by the new Bluetooth stack in Android 13 on a Pixel 7. Morepro tech support has been honest and responsive in working out a solution to this problem. If you are looking for a tracker that can measure and record HRV and you don't feel like spending $400+ buy this!

Wanted it to be great
I liked the look and feel of the watch and the blood pressure reading was super helpful since I have high blood pressure. The watch faces were great, too.The problems were that it did not count stairs like my old Garmin watch. It does not monitor your heart rate unless you turn on the setting that eats up the battery so that it had to be charged every 14 hours or thereabouts. The notifications were not that great, in that it was not consistently notifying me. It only shows notifications of specific apps. While you can turn on all notifications it was still not consistent and I found that if all notifications were on it ate up the battery. The app is very simple and leaves a lot out that I was used to with Garmin’s connect app. The sleep information was way off, too. I would go to bed at 10pm and the watch would state that I slept from 1am or 12am. In the end it was just a watch that would read my blood pressure every once in a while.

nice watch for price. Product documentation lacking information.
Like the watch so far. Tried to register on their site but would not recognize purchase numberTried to Google for information just keep getting same provided with watch. Can't find out how to find how much battery charge is left so I know when to recharge. Some learning curve yet to go.Instructions clearly not written for USA.

This is great! Seriously.
This keeps track of my pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, sleep, and exercise. If my pulse spikes too high, it actually NOTIFIES me! This happens often and to have it notify me as it's happening and BEFORE it gets too bad allows me to keep it from GETTING too bad. Yay! It also keeps track of my distance walked (which I have to do daily for the digestive problems), sedentary time, etc. It keeps track of my sleep; how long I was in deep sleep, REM, light sleep, etc. It tells how I breathed through the night and what my cardiac load is. This thing is amazing. I am sooooo happy, and it gives me so much peace of mind to be able to monitor my vitals throughout the day- and modify my actions to keep myself in what is *MY* tip-top shape. It may not be pretty but I don't even care. This peace of mind is worth more to me than all of the pretty in the world. I can't wait to show my cardiologist at my appointment later this month that I have it! I was nervous when I ordered it due to some reviews talking about being unable to connect or the blood pressure readings being off some. I had no connection problems and there is a simple setting in the app where you can set the blood pressure function to match what your personal blood pressure cuff or doctors office cuff reads. So far, I really am completely satisfied.
