NO GOOD FOR ME / VERY POOR QUALITY
(i bought 2 spay guns) Tried them with and tested these with primer / undercoat / top coat mainly with water based paints and the spray quality and build quality is so very poor its shocking, the nosel / tip is not fit for purpose and simply produces a very poor sub standard finish and that's compared with my very very old well worn out wagner spray gun kit been used for a lot of paint, these kwow airless spray guns have very poor and very inconsistent spray pattern which results are horrible, you really have to battle with this spay gun and frankly no amount of tinkering would get this to spay even and consistent,i ended up having to over thin the paint (which I hate to do) and that was slightly better but that is not realistic choice for getting a good cover over your products and will mean many coats to get a really useable finish and drying time is now silly, i filtered the paint over and over with very very fine mesh paint filters mainly the size used in car paint ,overall it was so frustrating, I gave up, I have not had this trouble with any other paint gun or system, its really saying something when in fact even the really old mains powered 1st generation electric pump sprayers were way better than this, frankly the build quality is so cheap and light duty its just shocking, i see the positive reviews and can only think i got a re designed or the manufacturer changed the design and cheaped out on this batch i got, or the reviewers don’t know what they are missing out on and find poor quality acceptable.anyway i returned them both and just replace them with a GRACO SILVER PLUS spray gun and it is awesome, I like the comfortable handle and 2 finger trigger, leaving me to firmly grip the gun, it is a dream to use with a pro looking paint finish every time, so chalk and cheese, the graco is a joy to use and I have no regrets buying it after seeing the high quality finish with everything I tested it with, especially with gloss finish! Wow its flawless, I had never used a graco before but I wish I had gone with them years ago now, look bottom line, don’t do what I did and just don’t struggle with these cheap spray guns as you are really missing out on a great experience with pro spray guns, you will likely do what I did buy cheap and buy multiple times then get so fed up and frustrated you end up wanting something better. you will soon be pleased you went for a higher qulity spray gun, just to update you, The graco blows the Wagner out the water also however the wagner is very good once set up and running,as such i personally would not ever in a million years recommended this KWOW spray gun as in my opinion it is awful, light duty, not fit for purpose and I believe will simply not have lasted long anyway so it was absolutely well worth paying the extra as my final choice (the graco ) is so well built it will likely out last my lifetime.Maybe I have been harsh on the KWOW so it might be worth using on a garden fence or shed where the finish is not that important, but if that’s all you want it for then buy an electric sprayer all in one as they are like 30 pounds for a full kit and awesome for fences, and less hassle, and do you really want creosote running though your expensive wagner etc, err noThat’s my opinion anyway take it or leave it
