Jack Johnson: Thicker Than Water [DVD] [2003]

This is a great chilled out album featuring Jack Johnson and friends, being the soundtrack to the DVD of the same name (a must if you love the surfing lifestyle).However, this is not to be confused with his later 'commercial' albums, and if you are stuck very firmly in your groove then this is probably not for you. But if you enjoy chilling on the beach watching the sun go down then this would make a great soundtrack to your beach bbq. If you love the openess of live music, welcome the opportuntiy to discover new artists and have a laid-back attitude then you should give this a try. Just as enjoyable as any of Jack's other albums, and should also appeal to those who enjoy the likes of Ben Harper, Finley Quaye, Foy Vance, etc.

If you love Jack Johnson mellow vibe. You will love this CD he only has twos ongs on this. However the other artist are quite good on this CD.

Lovely CD - great music. Bought for very personal reasons so was happy with it - no more to add really.

Great film, well made and a proper surf trip

I bought this initially because I love the soundtrack. I now love the movie too. A lovely insight into the travelling mind of modern surfers.
