They have completely ruined my hair washed them after having them fitted and they have matted and lost there curl i have tried to get help with no help provided i will be making a formal complaint i paid alot of money for them and to get them fitted and then removed and to repair the damage in my own hair i am not happY and found the customer service advisor very very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful

The media could not be loaded.  didn’t have much hope but once opened the hair was very soft and after soaking in like warm water it was just perfect! i have 18, 16 and 14” and it’s true to length. will definatly be purchasing more hair from here, thank you!
