Really good to lubricate locks

Bought this because the door lock to my new condo's front door was getting hard to lock and unlock with the key. I got to turn really hard in order to lock it. I applied this thing liberally to all moving parts; and I also unscrewed the lock and applied the lubricant to the inside of the lock directly. When I put the lock back, there is still some rough movement when trying to unlock with my key. But I left the lock alone for a couple of hours, and WOW, everything becomes silky smooth. Now my key just glides in and the opening movement is almost frictionless. I then proceed to apply this to my Cherry MX Red (CoolerMaster Master Pro L RGB) keys that have become sticky. I am very picky and I notice it when the keys have different feedback. So I remove those problematic keys from the keyboard, and applied the lubricant onto the Cherry MX Red switches. Put the key back on, and it works better than new. Highly recommended.

Never bought this type of thing before used it on one of the padlocks at work and it worked excellent

I'm not always the handiest of people, so I was a little worried when the key to my condo front door wouldn't turn in the lock anymore. It seemed to just stick in the lock and I was concerned I was gonna be locked out one of these days. It was a tad stressful. Well, a bit of ol' internet research and lo and behold - here I am on Amazon buying some of this Master Lock lubricant for the door! (I bet you're here cause you did some research as well - back pats for everyone!) But I digress... Long story long, this lube is fantastic! Works like a charm! Its format is really like a pen - although more like one of those old clear glue sticks. I squeezed a drop or two on either side of my door key, and placed a couple of drops on the lock entrance itself. Then I inserted the key, turned it back and forth a few times to work it in - and presto! The lock has returned to its former smooth un-locking magic! Now, as fun as this review was to write, and as happy as I was to fix this problem, I have placed the cap on this lube pen, placed it in my junk drawer, and hope I don't have to think about this for at least a year or so! And here's hoping the same for you!

I had bought this lock oil for a bike carrier lock at the recommendation of many users on Amazon. A couple of weeks later after being hit with storm after storm, I went to open my shed and I couldn't even get the key to go in the lock - no exaggeration. The last storm had such high winds we must have gotten an excessive amount of rain in the lock. After a couple of minutes of trying to get that key in, I remembered I had just purchased this oil. Luckily since I had just purchased it I knew exactly where it was (you all know what I mean by that). I injected a little bit into the lock and worked it in with the key. Within 15 seconds, not only was the key going in smoother than ever before, the lock worked like it was brand new. I didn't buy the product for this purpose, but it definitely fit the task - now I just have to remember to do that once a year. Very good product - was glad I had it on hand.
