Are these dishwasher safe?

I've had these spoons for many years and always hand washed them. Recently I started putting them in the dishwasher, but now some parts of the wood are starting to get loose and flaky. So I would guess no.

Can I use these on real drum heads without them breaking?

Yes, they are made of the same hardwood are regular drum sticks!

Are the mix stix pitch paired?

I bought these for my daughter, who was a percussionist in her high school and college bands. I also bought a set for myself. They are very good quality.

Is this made in the USA?

I don't recall. Gave as a gift, but they are rather light and spoon part is small. Novelty but not very useful.
