Great quality product for low-impact strength training
I'm loving my these bands, great product! I've been using these for 2 weeks now, the quality is excellent. The purchase came with an exercise manual via email to help me get started with resistance training. This is a great way to engage multiple muscles simultaneously, low-impact and easy on the joints. A must have for your home gym!
Very high quality resistance bands! Showed up professionally packed in a padded envelope, with each band individually wrapped in plastic. As a long time weight lifter, my doctor had recommended that I do more weightless exercises to target neglected muscles in my legs. I am well over 200 pounds and these provide excellent resistance for my exercises. The bands are each clearly labeled to indicate level of resistance, from Light - XX Heavy. Excellent product, will definitely re-order for future gifts!
