RJ ClassicsDevon Ladies Show Coat

One of my pet peeves about show clothes is that they are way too expensive for what they are (I can buy beautiful designer clothing for less and wear it anywhere, as opposed to the limited use for show clothes) and the coats have to be dry cleaned. Since I now live 90 miles away from the nearest dry cleaner, it's not terribly convenient to have dry clean only hunt coats. However, this coat is nicely made and can go in the washing machine - how wonderful is that? And unlike the RJ Classics soft-shell washable coat (which I also have, but it's a lot more expensive), this one doesn't scream synthetic. Nobody believes it is (a) washable and (b) so well-priced. It packs well (important for those of us who have to fly to shows). I cannot recommend it enough.

The coat fit exactly as expected, though I still intend to get it tailored to fit more precisely. Has a clean and crisp look that will go well in the show ring.The only negative comment I have is that when I opened the box, the coat looked as though it had literally just been tossed in. The protective plastic was underneath it, and the coat was no folded but more haphazardly dumped in the box. In fact I nearly cut it when opening the package as one of the sleeves were sticking up.

I'm 5'7", 170 lbs, 36D. This was a great fit. Hadn't purchased a show coat in 20+ years and this one fit the bill perfectly. Attractive and comfortable for a hunter schooling show.

Excellent product for the money. I am just starting to ride English and it was an affordable, yet very classy jacket for my first show.

This jacket is a great deal. I highly recommend it. The fit was perfect and the jacket is washable.

Great coat! Runs small, order up. Nice material. Real pockets, and washable.

Seems well made and fits perfectly.

Jacket was high quality but just didn't fit my teenage daughter to her liking.
