Although there's a bit of a learning curve with using these, I've had tons of luck with these "tongs". They are awesome for flipping items on the skillet. You want to avoid tall or rounded items as they can easily slip out (i.e., boneless chicken thighs). I've achieved my best results ever by using these to cook shredded hash browns, and I can't wait to try these on chiles rellenos!!!

Keeps fish from falling apart.

These tongs are smaller than most metal ones I have, but the smaller size comes in handy for many tasks including serving long, thin vegetables like green beans or asparagus and when flipping small pieces of food when using my air fryer. I do think they might be a tad overpriced, but they are of good heavy quality silicone and a rather unique design so I'm still giving them 5 stars.

They are difficult to store, need to tie them with a rubber band to close them a littleNot sure if they can be submerged in boiling oil

These are actually pretty cool! They act as a spatula, but then you can actually GRIP whatever you are scooping up. They work well as spatulas, you can get underneath the burger or the eggs or whatever, and for things like burgers, chicken, etc, you can hold onto it and turn it over.They are easy to clean, and seem to hold up surprisingly well to the heat.The only reason I took off a star is because you can't really grip hard enough to hold onto heavy pieces, like a big piece of meat. You'd have to move your hand down further on the handle to get enough grip. But it works for most things. Four stars!

These silicone kitchen tongs are great to grip hamburger meat or even steak to turn over during cooking as well as removing meat from pans. I used to use regular spatulas and frequently, I would accidentally drop the meat on the counter when I tried to move it from the pan to a dinner plate quickly. These silicone kitchen tongs are just perfect for moving meat from pans because I am able to grip the meat. I have no worries now about dropping anything on the kitchen counter. I also like the fact that these tongs are safe to use on non-stick pans without the fear of scratching the pan's surface and are insulated from becoming too hot to touch.
