The lid is flimsy but the rest is great. The price is good so if this is used occasionally, then it is perfect.

The ONLY aspect of this purchase that gave me pause is that it did not fit into what I consider to be a 'standard' sized drink holder in a car; but it DID fit perfectly into a drink holder for an over-sized cup. Luckily, my car has one of those. Outside of that detail, it was great!

I just recently bought it and I’ve only used once with hot liquid. If you use your food within a short period of time after poured into the carafe it’s Ok. The warmth of the liquid after a few hours. Is not that good. For the price this is what you get!

Love having hot coffee with out a burner under the pot re-warming and making the coffee bitter. Keeps the liquid hot for hours!

Sleek & easy to handle for such a large capacity carafe. The vacuum lid is a little slow on the pour and I recommend pre-heating with warm water for lasting time of your beverage Overall good value & pleasant appearance & handling.

It keeps hot for a long time, more than 10 to 12 hours

We wanted a thermos pot that would keep our coffee hot all morning. Even with preheating this keeps coffee warm but not hot for the morning. It hisses after filling the thermos so I think it just isn't holding in the heat and isn't sealing tightly enough. I can't imagine it would keep it warm for hours.

Perfect carafe. Used at an outdoor bonfire event. Kept the cider piping hot. Easy to clean too! Will be purchasing another for hot chocolate!
