Got this to use on my carpeted stairs vs. having to haul my full size Shark vacuum. Loved it from first use. In fact, I now use it everywhere and my Shark is sitting mostly abandoned in a closet. The green "light" on this vacuum can be disturbing & make you want to vacuum 2x a day b/c it shows how much dust and dirt is on your tile floor - but sure is worth it. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and can be used as handheld. Be sure & install walI hanger right away b/c vacuum doesn't stand well and can easily fall (I learned the hard way & luckily didn't damage vacuum). It's so convenient to pull off wall, slide in battery and go! One tip is dont use the highest suction setting (there are 4) all the time. I use level 2 suction for tile and general areas and 4 for high traffic. That saves battery power. The only issue I had was the original battery didn't seem to hold charge very long, however, I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement battery right away!!!! Awesome customer service, awesome product!!!

Based on an article that covers new products in the McClatchy Fish Rap and reviews from other people who had purchased I ordered the P12 cordless vacuum. After receiving it and assembling the Vacuum i began to use it in the window coverings and the tile entry way. It seemed to have enough suction to do most of the jobs I had hoped to use it for. I then vacuumed the carpeted stairs, low pile, total of nine steps. When I got to the fine stair step, the P12 started making a strange sound, the gave up and quit. Nothing shows on the readout. This is after maybe 10 minutes total time of use. One of the options was to contact the seller by email with the invoice and S/N# attached. Today was the third day and no response. Amazon contacted me asking if the seller had contacted me with a solution. I decided to ask for return authorization, so its now on the way back to Amazon. I would not want to take a chance and have a problem after the return window and passed. Hopefully this not the way the seller and manufacturer conduct alll of the issues that may arise but I decided I didn't want to take the chance. looked like a very promissing product.

This vacuum exceeded my expectations. I bought it specifically for stairs. I received it today and let the battery charge for 4 hours before using. It was easy to put together, but the instructions could be better. The suction was better than previous cordless vacuums that I have used. It was very easy to maneuver/ swivel and the brush head was the perfect size for stairs. It cleaned good on both hard surfaces and carpet. I used it on the second speed for about 30 minutes. The stairs (2.5 flights of stairs) had enough dust and debris to completely fill the canister. The canister opens easy enough, but it was so full that I had to pull the contents out. In the 30 minutes of use the battery drained from 100 percent to 30 percent. I turned it to the maximum speed, and the battery went from 30 to 0 in just a few seconds. This is the 4th vacuum that I've tried on the stairs and the only one that didn't kill my back, because it is light weight and I could do the work completely standing upright. I don't know how long the battery life will be long term, but I can definitely say that this battery is better than my previous cordless, which was built in and couldn't be changed. I just hope that the vacuum and battery will hold up long term. Only time will tell. I definitely want to get an extra battery. The green led is very helpful for visibility. Overall quality seems good, especially at this price point. I would recommend the product to anyone looking for a light weight cordless vacuum.

The vacuum is lightweight, has decent suction and the light that detects dirt and dust is really helpful, but after only one use I had an issue with the battery. I had not used the vacuum immediately upon receipt so i was out of Amazon's return period when the issue was evident. I ended up reaching out to the manufacturer directly for resolution. The customer service department was very nice and after a bit of back and forth they determined that the problem was with the battery. They offered to send out a replacement at no charge. I received the battery within a week and the machine appears to be working well. Let's hope the problem does not occur again.

Originally purchased this product in April and after less than 6 months of use the battery stopped working. My husband went back-and-forth with the customer service team and they did send a replacement battery. The battery took several weeks to get to us. Once we received it, the head stopped working. My husband again went back-and-forth with customer service and they sent a replacement part. This time it arrived very quickly, and everything is working so far.We have a medium size house (1,800 square ft) and can almost get a full vacuum at 50% power level. We have vinyl floors and this works well enough at 50% power to vacuum up our dog hair. It is much easier to use than our old cord vacuum and is very convenient to do a quick vacuum. Hoping the new battery lasts longer than 6 months this time

The media could not be loaded.  First of all this my first cordless vacuum purchase and I must admit I was nervous to choose one. I made the perfect choice! It has turned out to be one of my best purchases on Amazon! The instructions were as easy to understand as it was to put together! I love how easy it is to clean out and the light is a great plus! The swivel on the vacuum head is great! I can now vacuum my whole one bedroom apartment in less time and actually enjoy it without having to change cord from room to room. It was a great price and I’m very happy with my vacuum! I would definitely recommend this awesome vacuum to everyone! Let’s not forget how pretty it is. I only regret not having found this sooner!

The vacuum is easy to use on wood floors and the green light at floor level is very helpful to see where to vacuum next to get any remaining bits. Unfortunately, like others, there were battery problems after several months. I contacted the Proscenic Service Team and they were very responsive and helpful. I just received a replacement battery, and my vacuum is now back up and running. Great customer service!
