A very nice set of toys. The sand holds quite well, just remember to put it all back and store into the plastic bag to avoid it drying out.In terms of its size, the sand comes in three colours as described and the bags are quite small meaning a child can only make one large ice cream using the whole bag when playing. It would be a better product if it contained more sand.However, I would still recommend it as my niece was very happy playing with the sand.

Great item that comes nicely boxed and has three packs of sand in different colours. There are also three plastic moulds for creating different designs and a small tray.The sand has a plastercine type consistency and is easy to manipulate with your hands. It is not messy and doesn't stick to your hands or to the surface (counter top or table). Really nice for young children to play with. It makes an instant shape from the mould and pops out of the mould with ease. It can be reused making it an economical toy for children to spend hours creating and recreating different shapes.It would make a lovely present for a child and when children get bored with playing with the sand provided, the moulds could be used for other mediums such as polymer clay, plastercine, putty or even beach sand or glycerine soap.Very nice item and well presented in a colourful box.I have added photographs for your convenience.• Note: The supplier kindly sent me a review sample for evaluation, the opinions expressed here are entirely my own •

Probably my fault because I ordered in a rush but I thought it was going to be kinetic sand. My 5 year old daughter was all excited before she first played with it and has played with it a few times since but I can tell it didn't live up to her expectations. Amount of sand is small. I feel it's a bit expensive for what it is.

Pleased with the service but the sand inside the package isn't as good as other kinetic sands. It is much finer and so is a bit messy. It's good for the price though as long as your expectations are managed

I have been super organised and bought this as a Christmas present so won't know how good it is until 25 December! Read the reviews about kinetic sand and it looked promising......

Simply ideal for kids. Lasts and lasts without drying out. The moulds are really useful for more ambitious creations. Hours of fun.
