Splashes everywhere
I bought this in November and I finally had it installed by a plommer a couple of days ago. Everything is great, design, sturdy, water pressure is great but that causes splashes everywhere and having to dry up after each use. The reason is that the diffuser on the tip of the faucet is not effective (or defective) keeping the water stream smooth. I would like to hear from the manufacturer if they have replacement diffuser/filter to exchange for the current so that we can avoid the excessive splashing.

Excellent at this price point, repeat at this price point
The faucet aboard my small sailboat was leaking and was never particularly ergonomic for the tight space in my tiny galley. I wanted a "tall" faucet which would stand well above the sink.I winced when I saw the cost of a tall faucet from Moen et al. No way I am spending $300 for my boat faucet. Then I came across this (and other) faucets which had the tall aspect I was looking for but was cheap. Yes, I said it, cheap. So I said what the heck, take a flyer and I can return if necessary. I received the faucet and clearly a few corners have been cut, but of course, it is one fifth the cost of a typical home kitchen faucet so that was expected.Well, I have it installed and I really really like it. It is not as sturdy feeling as my home faucet which was made by one of the well knowns, but it is more than adequate for the relatively light use aboard my boat and I absolutely love the ability to rotate the high rise neck completely out of the way of my small sink so I can wash dishes without banging into the faucet. The sprayer extends a good 30 inches or so , very nice. But the install did not go as smoothly as many have mentioned here. The problem is no big deal if you know about it ahead of time and if you read this review you will know about it,I have a single hole install so I trashed the three hole baseplate, no problem with that obviously. The bottom of the faucet tube has about three inches of thread to accommodate various depths of counter top. All good, I had about two inches of thread extending below the counter. I then proceeded to thread up the compression plate which is sort of a threaded U which allows you to get the thing around all the hoses coming out the bottom of the faucet and onto the faucet base. Then you simply screw the plate up to the bottom of the counter top and tighten. this secures the faucet and you are almost done with the hardware install and can turn to the plumbing. But there is one step left, There are two screws threaded through the compression plate. Once the plate is secured to the bottom of the counter, you tighten these screws to sort of lock the plate in place. The problem is that as you tighten these screws the compression plate is just flexible enough to flex slightly and become cross threaded on the faucet tube. Now it is stuck and you are unable to unscrew the compression plate. The first go at this I had not screwed the compression plate all the way to the bottom of the counter top thinking that these two screws would secure the faucet. Oh, got that wrong, I'll just unscrew the compression plate, back out the screws and screw the plate all the way up.But NOOOOO, now the compression plate was crossthreaded and I spent an hour trying various methods to get this thing un-crossthereaded in a very very tight space. Finally I was able to use a chisel to open the U just a bit and heard a little click as the compression plate thread popped into the correct thread orientation, AARGH!! The good news is I was able to practice, and perhaps expand, my repertoire of swear words and blue language. So I did manage to do it right...finally. But when I went to tighten the screws with the compression plate properly snugged up and applied torque to those screws I, once again heard the dreaded click. Now it did not matter because I was properly secure, but there will be heck to pay if I ever need to replace the faucet because I will have to deal with the crossthreaded compression plate a second time. The plumbing was a snap so no issue there. Be careful to follow directions installing the hose weight. I initially got that wrong too and the hose would not retract properly. So, if you read this, I saved you from being a numskull like me. If you are not a numskull the install will be easy as adverised.I have included a pic of the faucet and the dreaded compression plate.

More than we expected excellent quantity
The media could not be loaded. The metal color is just as described. It was so easy and fast to install. The water comes out with pressure and it mores side ways making easy to clean to entire sink. The quantity is better than we expected because of the price we paid and the design makes it look beautiful in any kitchen. Highly recommended.

For the price it’s fine.
It’s everything I expected for the price. I do in fact like it. I’m not looking to replace it. It’s not gonna be a $400 faucet but it is nicely made for the price and I would definitely recommend it and also replace it with the same model. It works for what we need it for and are pleased with it.

It's nice.
For the price. This is a great, aethetically pleasing faucet. I do feel it would be better if the horizontal peice rested just a little further into the sink to prevent water splashing on the counter. My only concern is that I can figure out how to remove the faucet screen to clean it and the instructions provide no how-tos for it. If hieran could let me know this that would be great. For these two drawbacks, 4 stars :)

Very descent price descent quality
The only 2 things I was annoyed by were the following ....1 ) the pull out hose I wish was about 8 inches longer .....and 2 ) when the spray handle is retracted it sits loosely in the hole and tends to wobble up and down when the water turns on or twist slightly in the holder hole. This is annoying because it changes where the stream goes and sometimes it shoots the stream on the edge of the sink soaking the coutner if is turned close to the edge.....im hoping in time the hose which is a little STIFF to begin with and has no metal sheathing covering the hose will set and relax and conform to the curvature of goose neck and hold it more stable once it "breaks in" a little but.But other than that its terrific

Good buy
Had trouble getting all the 'tails' through the washers and sink hole, but found that if you press hard on the blue button and pull hard on the tube, they will separate. Then feed the button part through first, and have everything pointing in the direction you want before shoving (firmly!) the tubes together again. There is no aerator, so the faucet is splashy. I think the designers did good job.
