Antonino Caruso and Bellitto Grillo brothers have always been childhood friends in the territory ,, Bronte. Their friendship will result soon in the desire to engage in a new adventure: open a laboratory dedicated to traditional sweets. Since then the passion swept them away and began to invest in their work. Today, the three founders, have taken over the children who, with great enthusiasm, continue to pursue this activity gastronomy, to the delight of the most refined and demanding palates.
