I use vitamin E capsules for any cuts or grazes, it helps the skin heal better.

Easy swallow capsules but needed for a different route.
I needed oil but never paraffin-based or something to address nasal dryness and this product was cited as a good option. It meant squeezing out the oil and then applying it but I only needed to use 1 capsule each time being wary of anything oily being inhaled into my lungs causing potential lung damage. It did the trick.

everythings alright except when you bite the tablet but its expected not to but it would have been better if they listed it on the description but apart from that the product claims are true
