Great for portion control and weight management
I am a teacher and always love visuals. This is one visual that has helped me lose weight. After meeting with a nutritionist, she recommended this style of plating food and counting calories. Having it visual on my plate is so helpful. It's just a great reminder of portions and different ideas for meats, carbohydrates, and of course vegetables!
