Bosch 1x Universal Adapter (Not for Starlock system, Ø 30 mm, Accessory Multitool)

I have an old model Bosch GOP 250 CE, but every time I buy Bosch blades they are Starlock and don't work (even though they claim 'Made for Bosch, works with all Bosch'). What am I supposed to do with these lovely new Starlock blades that are no good on my Bosch tool? I thought this adapter might solve the problem, but, even though the teeth seem to engage, it still has sufficient play as to not be usable. I spoke to a nice man from Bosch who explained it to me. There is the standard Starlock, but there is also Starlock Plus and Starlock Max. These are for more powerful machines and the blades do not have the spigot holes because the standard Starlock or older machines would not be powerful enough and the holes are liable to break. However, blades in the Starlock range have spigot holes as well as the 'jelly mould' type of connection, so these are backward compatible. This adapter is for using a variety of blade connection types including the older Fein Multimaster, Craftsman, Dremel, Mastercraft, Multi2Pro, Rigid, Rockwell, Worx etc

The adapter didn’t fit my bosch mpf 220 ce multi tool.

This piece of kit works just like intended. Just make sure you have the correct multi tool to use it. I do not and have given it to a colleague who uses it with their multi tool with no difficulty. Very simple to attach.

Excellent little adapter. Allows our large stock of quick release DeWalt type blades to work on our new cordless Fein. Brilliant!
