Can you use them in the oven

My set has plastic handholders so I avoid using in the oven. Further my husband 'baked the thermometer when he left the cover in the oven by mistake and switched the oven. Do not try it!

Are these pans suitable for use with induction hobs?

yes good for gas ceramic solid and induction hobs very high quality build with top grade stainless steel heavy bases also have level markings on inside of pans to tell you how much water you have put in. having side handles is a bonus as take less room up om hobs and the risk of accidents is minimalised due to no long handles Excellent pans well chuffed.

Nicht zu empfehlen, schlechte Qualität. Griffe vom Deckel fallen auseinander (Kunststoff bröselt) Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Rücksendung!!! Warte schon seit über einem Jahr auf meinen neuen Deckel mitlerweile sind alle Deckel kaputt FINGER WEG ! ! !
