I have suffered from neck pain for as long as I can remember. Part due to stress, and part due to a neck injury, followed by surgery. Last summer I fell and hurt my neck again, and I've had flare ups of pain every time I do anything out of the ordinary. This last flare up has been pretty bad, with the pain radiating up my neck, jaw, and the side of my face and lasting for 2 weeks. My husband suggested I get a different pillow so I did a lot of research and decided on the Famedio Adjustable Cervical Pillow, (queen size). This pillow is so comfortable, it holds my head in place at just the right position, so that it gently cradles my neck and head. It's firmer than my old pillow, but still feels soft and comfy. It has removable inserts for adjustments, but I didn't have to remove them, it fits perfectly as is. I sleep on my back and my side, and the pillow works in both positions. I don't sleep on my stomach, so I'm not sure how that would work. I can't tell you how nice it is to wake up pain free and to remain pain free throughout the day. If you're having neck pain, you should give this a try, it really works!

Knowing I can't see a chiropractor everyday, it made sense to me to examine how I sleep.What attracted me to this pillow was the cost, but what sold me was the 5-star reviews. I quit looking at the other options, purchased this pillow, and have no regrets. Neck pain is gone and I am sleeping through the night. I love how it cradles your neck whether you are sleeping on your back or on your side. Seriously, there's no reason to keep shopping for other pillows. Just buy it.

I have had this memory foam cervical pillow for four weeks now. I had been having neck pain because previous pillows were making my neck lay at odd angles and I slept restlessly besides going from my side to my back to my side. It took about a week or so to adjust to this new pillow but I really like it and my neck pain has all but disappeared! It supports the neck and helps your head to stay in place when laying on your back. When moving to the side, the pillow accommodates your shoulders so you're not getting twisted when you sleep on your side, which can cause weird pains as well. I highly recommend this pillow. I got a queen size and I wouldn't go smaller than that actually.
