I LOVE this jacket! It heats well, and I like that you can choose which zone you want heated and all of them don’t have to be on at the same time. I really could write a novel on how nice the jacket is.However, I have two negatives:1.) I wish there were heating elements in the sleeves to heat your arms.2.) The battery life is terrible. It only lasts for just a few hours regardless of the heat setting. Even on low, it did not last more than four hours and that’s with a full charge. So I think I’m going to have to get a few spare batteries to carry with me to swap them out for those long days away from my house and/or a charging station.

Very well-made jacket, lots of pockets and it did keep me warm until the battery malfunctioned. It only stayed warm for maybe two hours on a full charge and it was a bit too heavy for a small-framed person.. Customer service was more than helpful though and did their best to make it right.

This is so nice to be able to go out in the cold and still be warm, the battery is a great size for charging and it stays charged for a while, the only dislike is the battery has to be squeezed in the pocket to carry it when you plug it in your pocket pouch…other wise it’s nice and warm…

I initially bought a Milwaukee jacket that cost me $199, but it had a barrel connector rather than a standard USB-A, only had 2 heating zones, you could not control the heating zones separately, you couldn’t shut the light off while using the heat and it had no hood. I also had to order a couple other type batteries (flatter) that uses the barrel connector since the battery that came with the jacket is round and very awkward and uncomfortable to carry in the jacket. After about a year of having the Milwaukee I decided to look for something else. I wanted something with a hood, that uses a standard USB-A connection and had multiple heating zones that you could control separately.After searching and searching through what seemed like an endless supply of various heated jackets I finally found this one! What made it even more appealing was the fact that you could turn off the lights while using the heat. After reading conflicting reviews, I was concerned about the sizing but decided to just go with my normal size of medium. I found it’s just a little big on me (even while wearing a thick fleece shirt) but nothing that really inhibits feeling the heat and not so big that anyone could really tell visually. I have numerous batteries specifically for heated vests and jackets that have the USB-A connection (since I already had a heated vest) so I like the fact that I can use those if I need a spare. I haven’t worn it out in the rain yet so can’t confirm if it’s actually waterproof.One con (but isn’t a deal breaker), is the zipper feels almost like it could break when I zip it up, and after reading several reviews about the zipper breaking I’ve been very careful whenever I zip it up.I haven’t worn my Milwaukee jacket since I bought this one (actually I have put it in storage as I don’t plan on wearing it much anymore). This is my go-to heated jacket now. But I am quite disappointed that I paid $150 for this jacket a few months ago and now it’s down to $92!

When I first got this jacket I was super excited as I wanted a heated jacket for awhile now. At first it was awesome. Heated up quickly and stayed warm. The battery did wear down quickly as I tend to use the highest setting every time. So, I went ahead and purchased a second battery to ensure I would stay warm. After the first 2 months everything went downhill. The jacket never really warmed up again like it did at the beginning. I even bought other batteries still no heat. Then the zipper broke. It seems like it is just a waste of money now. I even tried contacting iHood for an exchange in the hopes it was just a fluke but no reply from them. So now I am more upset. I felt like I would have had more luck buying Powerball tickets with the money I spent on this jacket then having the jacket at all.

This coat is amazing and I love it!!

I really wanted to love and would consider exchanging for a different color and smaller size but/._ am afraid it would still be tight around the neck and heavy.

Easy to charge battery and place in battery pocket. Purchased a large. It is a little big, but if I wear a heavier sweater, it works.
