Worth trying. They have helped my dry eye condition and they do not run as much anymore

These have the equivalent of 10 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zeaxanthin which is the recommended amount. They also have riboflavin. They also have Zinc and Vitamin A, so that means that if you are taking multivitamins or minerals, you may be getting too much. Too much Vit A isn’t a good idea as you get older. The vitamin A is only 37% of your daily requirement, but you might want to check that you aren’t doubling up. You take one of these capsules a day. They originate from a firm in Coventry. Considering you don’t get a jar, these are a bit expensive at over 18 quid. I take lutein every day, to ward off age-related macular degeneration, but I don’t want or need extra vitamin A.

Looks like good vitamins although smell like these contain turmeric, but there is none.I am skeptical at the moment but it is yet to be seen if these indeed work. I will amend my review either way.The ingredients list looks fine and the supply is very good. These will last for two months and the price seems to be in line with similar products in local pharmacies.
