This pastry and dough cutter wheel is good quality and I use it frequently when making pie crust or pasta dough. The dough comes out with a decorative “fluted” edge which makes doing a lattice pie crust a breeze, and gives a professional look to my pies. Fluted isn’t the exact description, but I just couldn’t come up with the right term 🤔!! Perhaps crimped might be better. Anyway, I use this frequently in my kitchen. It’s a great timesaver that gives a perfect result.

I purchased this for crackers and it works great! It's lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to use. It's not sharp, but cuts with little effort.

I bought this specifically to use for cutting apart my rolled out cookies. It did a great job, made a clean cut, and cleaned up easily. It’s sturdy and was perfect for what I needed. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I live this little tool for cutting my pasta dough. It's got a nice wooden handle and is well made!

This pasta cutter is not even close to the size advertised. The ENTIRE cutter from wheel to the end of the handle is 6.3 inches. The wooden handle portion (the part you can actually grip) is slightly less than 4 inches (about 3.8 inches). If you are looking for a pasta cutter with a long handle then this is not for you.On the positive side, the wheel feels like it is well attached to the handle and is sturdy enough to allow a reasonable amount of pressure to be applied. I have not used it for pasta but rather to cut cookie dough. My sister gave me one of those fancy rolling pins that have designs etched into them. This works great to add a fancy scalloped edge. Rather than a set cookie cutter shape I can use the wheel to cut around the designs left by the roller in any shape or size I want. I made Christmas cookies this year using the wheel and they turned out beautiful. So, the cutter functions just fine but the length is not as described.

it does exacltly what it looks like. Came quick and packaged great. Seriously what more is there to review for this. A simple but effective kitchen tool.

We had purchased a much more expensive cutter that was too wide for raviolis. It's not the best of quality and has a short handle not a long handle as advertised. The wheel tends to wobble but still cuts and seals raviolis great.
