Worth the price.
Can't go wrong with the price. It is light but works well.Things like:1. Price2. Has a small flashlight (not very powerful but very useful). It also has a UV light, again not so powerful but it can be useful I suppose in some circumstances.3. The laser dot is strong (can be projected) at a long distance, which is surprising for this little gadget.4. The different shaped, although they don't project as far as the dot, the project far enough indoors and are very clear. Its easy to switch from shape to shape with the wheel provided.4. Has a built-in USB port for easy charging.Things I am concerned with:1. Feels very light, not necessarily bad, will see how long it will last.2. You have to twist the top to expose the USB port and that requires some effort will it last?Other facts:1. there is only one switch witch has to be pressed reputedly between the flash light, UV light and laser.2. The images, especially the smiling face, project sideways when you hold the pointer in the most natural position, (pressing the on button with your thump) so you have to rotate in in your hand. that's a minor thing for me.3. Although my cats don't care much, probably because they are old, my daughter's cat seem to like it. And yes after i got mine i bought another one for her.Overall a very good product assuming it last, 9i only have it for couple of weeks only).

So much fun!
Bought for my sister’s cat but when I tested it, my cats were soooooooooo interested I had to order one for them. The larger image of the butterfly and mouse were more interesting and I think easier to see for my older cat. Works great, super cheap, cats love it. Happy customer.

Low priced but works
The best thing to say is it works as described. You are not paying for a fine scientific tool. It is a play toy. It is made of durable metal, fairly bright laser lite. The dot is the brightest even in sunny light. My cats love it. No instructions come with this item. But it is not hard to figure out. How long it will last is anyone's guess--But it was cheap!!!

The cats love it!
Bought for my cats to get some exercise, the added flashlight, and blacklight setting is definitely an added bonus for the pet owner. The laser turns into many different shapes which is a fun feature, my cats enjoy them all. Charging the unit is easy, and doesn't take very long.Very impressed with the quality....I dont expect it to break anytime soon, but when it does I will absolutely repurchase this.

works well, cat loves it
works great, seems sturdy, and cat loves it. Too soon to tell how long the battery lasts before needing charge, but I'm happy.

Works as advertised, if extraordinarily cheap
So right off the bat, the dial for the laser broke completely within a week. This is fine, as I didn't buy it for the different laser shapes, but it certainly speaks to the build quality. It feels very cheap, very light, and easily breakable. For the price, this is somewhat acceptable, but I feel like it was advertised as a more premium product. The addition of a blacklight is a really cool choice. It's fun to be able to swap from the different settings and see how different things react in the various lights. The laser is plenty bright, as are the flashlight and the blacklight. The device charges by rotating the end cap, exposing a male USB-A port, which can be plugged in to any female USB-A port. I hate this choice, and it is the only reason I'm rating it three stars. I don't care that the laser dial broke, but I do care that I have to worry about the USB connector breaking off every time I go to charge the thing. Why the company didn't just go for a standard female port to charge the device is beyond me. It absolutely would've been cheaper to produce.
