Surprisingly robust bit of kit which allows greater versatility for a drill, bigger than expected and a good weight, performs well and so good value for money.

This is a nicely made item of good quality - the chuck is easy to operate and the flexi drive is robust and has given good service - all in all nicely made and robust.

Really handy for areas that you can't access directly with a drill or an electric screwdriver.

Great for getting into difficult places

Let me start by saying I bought this alongside the right angle drill adapter which came up as "bought together", expecting to use them together in a particularly tight spot. I was therefore a bit disappointed that the two don't work together, the shaft on the right angle adapter is a fraction too big for the chuck on this. Maybe that's my mistake for not looking into it closer.The shaft itself seems fairly well made. The keyless chuck is as per one of my older drills and two parts, my modern drill is a single twist to tighten part.It works and did help me with the job I got it for enabling me to drill in a much tighter area than normal. However I noticed a few things:(1) The drill bit got clogged at some times at which point the flexible shaft very rapidly twists up, this was somewhat disconcerting you couldn't use this with a drill without a suitable auto stop, and not recommended to lock the drill "on" as might be useful when using such an extension.(2) The chuck came loose a couple of times, not the end of the world but annoying.(3) The handle above the chuck is useful for getting a good purchase and putting pressure on, though I can also imagine it's length may get in the way for certain applications.All in all a useful product, but a few limitations you need to be wary of.

Purchased for use with a Dremel cutting disc and mandrel in a very confined space. It worked a treat ...but don't press on too hard because it causes the flexidrive to 'stall' and twist uncontrollably, thereby breaking concentration required to do the job whilst you back off.

Excellent product prompt service

I brought this Flexidrive , so I can drill holes in internal walls, to rewire. Easy to use, but could do with some sort of handle to hold grip. Even so did the job with ease

Es un cabezal como los de taladros normales, se adapta a brocas creo que hasta 10mm o mas, lo he usado para trabajos de desbaste en el interior del casco de un barco de fibra, lugares difíciles de acceder pero con esto se llega fácil y se puede hacer fuerza y trabajar casi igual que con un taladro normal. El mango permite un agarre seguro y se puede maniobrar ok. No es de juguete, es apto para trabajos pesados.
