I read about Magic Move years ago and bought all three versions. They’re all effective for controlling frizz, maintaining waves and curls and my experience has been that using the hard very sparingly on wet or dry hair when I wanted less control and using more when I wanted more control was the best choice for me. It is helpful on edges, ends, and any style requiring a degree of ‘hold’. In years since I have found other products but I always have this product in my arsenal.

One of the best hair products I’ve used to keep my hair in place without causing my hair to go super wavy. Similar to the CREW Fiber (the blue one) product, but with better movement. It provides a great hold and gives good height, but doesn’t make your hair sticky or stiff. Matte finish, so your hair won’t be shiny or wet-looking. Surprised to see mostly women reviewing, when it’s also a great paste/fiber for men’s hair. Only downside is that it doesn’t have a great smell. It’s sort of unscented, with the hint of a paste/putty smell. Wish it had a pleasing scent like the Crew product line. All in all, highly recommended.
