Works fine, and I saved my lampshade.

The ring would not fit into my shade and onto my lamp but I was able to bend it onto the lamp alone to use as a shelf for my shade to rest on and then I put a second one on top to hold it steady. I am so happy with these rings. I wanted to make these shades work and was able to do just that!!

The product worked just like it should. The only downside is that the ends on some don’t perfectly come together in the lamp frame. It works nonetheless.

Works great when shade ring is to big!

I started to return a lamp shade that did not fit my lamp base. These were suggested via ‘product support,’ and they work! I’m so happy because I really like my lampshade. Easy fix!

So I’m sure I’m not the only one who has the problem of putting a lamp shade on and realizing there’s nothing to keep it sturdy. Well I was thinking these would slip on and hold tight. They fit loose and come with no directions. You’d think k it’d be simple enough to put on, which they are, but they don’t have the strong hold needed to keep the sauce balanced. I’m currently using two on each lamp and still not working. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra for something that does the job.

These were quite a find for me, because when I purchased a beautiful new lampshade for my victorian style bedroom, the shade didn't work on the lamp. However these rings adjusted the circumference of my lamp neck, & now the shade fits quite well!

Because the plastic is so stiff, it would not bend enough to fit the shade hole opening. BUT......read the hack from Renessa Banks's review about using two rings to sandwich the shade ring. Worked great!!
